The photos in the listing don’t do it justice! The house smelled great upon check in. The yard was beautiful and lush, and the view of the pond was amazing. We worked from the backyard a few days during the visit and it was so peaceful. Very nice location for our needs. Host was kind and very communicative. Would stay again!

Host communicated well. The house had everything we needed. It is located across from a ranch and airport but was not an issue. Beautiful outside and inside. The hot water is hot - so be mindful with little ones. Great stay.

The property was beautiful. The house had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather did not permit us to enjoy everything it had to offer, but we made the best of it. It was pleasant waking up to the roosters in the morning as well as the cows. It was a very pleasant stay & our host, Artem, was very kind & communicative. Thank you so much.

Yep, it's an Oasis

This home was a great find! It's close to Sacramento but just far enough to be in another world. A bit up the road you're entering the mountainous, wooded Northern California experience. The home had all you would need in a very tasteful setting.

McClellan business trip

Loved the location and the house, just some bugs in window sills and the air freshener smell is way too strong. My coworker loved that you had one firm bed in the house.

Candy cane cluster dog show

Myself and 3 friends all coming to compete at dog show stayed at this location. It is a nice little house with a great yard. It’s about a half hour away from Fairgrounds so was not a bad commute. Quiet and comfortable. If I come down again I would try to stay there again.
