Cheerful home with beautiful large yard centrally located!

Our 4-bedroom home is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or grill, two master bedrooms, two living areas, as well as a large newly landscaped backyard! The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible from multiple freeways. We are centrally located in Rocklin just 20 minutes outside of Sacramento, and only an hour from the snow! We are two miles from Sunsplash and the Gallery Mall. Only 4 miles to Top Golf and about 7 miles to Thunder Valley Casino! Also, you could walk or ride your bike about a mile to the Quarry Park! Neighborhood Walmart is about half a mile away with all your grocery needs! We also have a beautiful neighborhood park with two playgrounds, a basketball court and a half mile walking loop located at the end of our court! If the schedule allows, we do offer an early check-in or late check out for a $60 fee. Please let us know ASAP if this is something you are interested in so we can do our best to accommodate.

Perfect for visiting family members

This home was perfect for our family members who were staying in town for my daughter's college graduation. Plenty of room inside and the backyard was great for our meal gathering place, we barbecued, played cornhole, had plenty of tables and chairs for everyone to be together, kitchen was fully stocked and everything was working, the owner really made the stay so easy for us, beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and the decor looked nice like we were at home there. We would definitely use this home for out of town family to stay at again!

Great location and room for family

We traveled from Michigan and stayed at this home in early April, 2025 to attend a family event in Rocklin. The property owner was very responsive when contacted and the home did not disappoint! Eight of us stayed, there was plenty of room, a great backyard with lawn games and a high chair/travel crib for my grandson! Great location for day trips and there were activities in the area. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for something in the Rocklin area!

Hi, my family and friends are happy to highly recommend this home for your vacation trips, the place was very clean and it has plenty of space for adults and kids, the neighborhood is quite and accessible, not far from the freeway, I will definitely rent it again if the host let us. This is a family home that my husband and I truly enjoy hosting. We previously were raising our children in this home until we decided to move into a bigger house as our family grew. We have seven children and take much pride in our home.

Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We have a beautiful large park at the end of our court, that is great for spending time with family or walking your dog.

Our house is the only two-story home in the original part of the block. The home was owned by the builder of the community who added a second story on for his daughter. He also converted half of the garage into a bonus room!
