OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay. Note that the maximum vehicle allowance for this home is 4.

NOISE
We kindly request that guests respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am as part of our good neighbor policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Strictly no pets over 25lbs is allowed. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Also, please leash your pet unless you are in a clearly defined off-leash area. It is your responsibility to pick up after your pet at all times.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera at the entry patio, facing the steps. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
