This fantastic space features 1 bedroom with a full bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub, a cozy living room with a futon, a full kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and coffeemaker. Enjoy amenities like your own washer/dryer, AC, fast WiFi, HDTV, board games and access to our sunny yard during your stay. Our spot is centrally located in North Oakland, just a few blocks from MacArthur BART station, and a 10 min walk to some of the best restaurants, bars and shops on Telegraph Avenue in the Temescal District.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was very nice, spotless, and exactly as described. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel super comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent- she was very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This was a cute spot and convenient! You essentially have your own apartment with a shower, stove, microwave, fridge and washer and dryer etc. You have plenty of privacy but the hosts are easily accessible if you need anything. It's walking distance to some really good restaurants off Telegraph (you have to walk under the freeway) or if you catch a Lyft the ride was typically less than 10 for a lot of places nearby. It was a great place to stay overall, definitely recommend!

Had an amazing stay here! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful the whole time. The space had everything we needed and made the trip feel relaxing from start to finish. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We are a blended, multi-cultural, queer family who call Oakland home! Charlene is from Singapore, loves her four-legged besties and checking out all the latest foodie spots the Bay has to offer. Milo has deep pride for Marseille, France where he was born, playing soccer on weekends and indulging in a good reality show. Though neither of us can claim to be Oakland natives, we love our little Bay Area bubble and enjoy welcoming new friends and visitors to all our happy places here.

We're on a relatively quiet street with kind, low key neighbors. We’re just a few blocks from MacArthur BART, a kid and dog friendly pizza place with outdoor seating and heaters, a cute spot for juice and delicious Yemeni lattes, and just a few more blocks from the heart of Temescal, which has some of the best restaurants and bars in town, including a couple of James Beard and Michelin nominated spots!

You get your own washer/dryer, dishwasher and high-speed WiFi if you're planning to work from home. Your pets can enjoy our sunny, shared yard and enjoy leisurely strolls around our quiet neighborhood.
