Nice vacation

We spend a wonderful week with my daughter. This place is nice, quiet and well accommodated. Simple, but all you need. We didn’t even have to contact a manager. Everything was there. We will definitely consider to come there again.

Maui Vacation in February

The property was accurate as advertised. It was spic and span clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location of the building is great, on the ocean with a beautiful grassy area with lounge chairs to watch whales (which we did see) as well as sunsets. It should be noted that this particular unit has a courtyard view, not an ocean view. The building is located within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and a line up food trucks. We had a wonderful time and got a good value return from this property.

Quiet condo complex; worked great for our family.

On the positive: Gardens are beautiful and rejuvinating. Pool/ Grill area was a great way to do dinner (plus the sunsets were amazing)! Condo complex was nice and quiet- perfect for coming back to after a day on a busy beach! Nice public park next door. On the Negative: No air-conditioning. No oven. Beach directly outside the condo was closed off- and not the best anyway.

Nice place

We enjoyed the ambiance of the room and foliage in the courtyard. The bed and couch were clean and comfy. The kitchen has all the dinner ware and cooking utensils we wished for. Nice clean towels. The TV was fickle about the cable connection. The shower door was difficult to move. It would be nice to have access to coins for the clothes washer.

Too hot

Although the fan was on there was no air flow and it was too hot especially for our 2 year old. We couldn’t get comfortable and ended up staying else where 4 out of the 6 nights.

Great location

The complex itself is quite outdated but is priced appropriately. It is a 15 second walk to the beach, the pool is lovely and is a short drive from Lahaina. There is no AC so it did get warm. There is no oven and we had a few issues with the dishwasher, and the kitchen doesn't have much in the way of utensils. The neighbours were very nice but they were doing renovations on their condo the entire time we were there. They worked between 7am and 6pm but the renovations could still be quite loud at times. Overall, for the price we paid we were content and the location was perfect.

Good location but the condo is relatively old

We stayed a week there and the location of this condo is great, walk distance to beach. There was a pest control service scheduled during our stay and the management informed us this change and kind enough to offer us a free local tour. But after the pest control service, we found our beddings and sofa cushions are on the floor which is a little unexpected. We saw cockroaches the other day too, probably due to the pest control. The condo is in fair condition, it has no AC, and the bed are kinda shaky, got some holes on the wall.

Paki Maui Condo 111 (Garden View 1-BD)

The condo fit our needs well, for location and basic amenities. Pros: * Location on west coast Maui situated nicely near beach access, stores, and sights. * Pool and Jacuzzi were satisfactory * Lanai and courtyard garden were good * Decent price considering other options around and space * Self check in was easy Cons: * No oven, and not listed on the amenities described in the rental * Electric stove top shorted out (turned off) and didn't work 90 % of the time we tried to use it. * 50% of the time the toilet flapper chain tangled and forced the toilet to run, so I had to manually remove the tank lod and untangle the chain and push the flapper down to stop the toilet from running. * Bed was very squeaky * Lanai screen door off track and could fix manually * Needs touch up paint in many places (bathroom sink area, bathroom walls, hallway, etc.) * $5.00 per load of laundry is kind of expensive in common area and no Detergent vending onsite

Maui trip

Well the pictures are exactly what you see online. However the property is overdue for a major update. Fresh paint. (Walls have dirty finger prints and spots) cleaner sheets, stains on the sheets, non matching sheetsbathroom needs fixed, ( toilet unleveled; however it was fixed when I contacted property management, she was very good)ceiling fans that work and not some cardboard to help balance the fan. Extra fans, cleaner bath towels ( yellow stains on some) shower doors off track, sliding back doors broken and don't lock, curtains in the bedroom broken, tile in the kitchen , fan in the bathroom doesn't work. Sofa bed held together with zip ties. I know that going to Maui, you don't spend alot of time in Condos but it was difficult to even cook in there due to the small size and the heat. I would not recommend this place at all and I have tried to find a positive note, but I haven't been able too. So I hope the owners take this message seriously as I felt like I did not get my money's worth and have expressed my disappointment with the management team as well

Cute clean apartment with nice amenities to make it feel like home away from home. Convenient area with farmers market across the way and an awesome garden Lanai to make you feel really engrossed in the island life.

The location worked out well for us; enjoyed being close to the beach. Easy access to many beaches and food trucks! Ventilation could have been better. Overall a good experience.

Amazing sunsets just steps away!

I made this ohana my home for over 1 1/2 months. End unit is a big plus! Livingroom and lanai open to beautiful well established garden. Small but functional kitchen. Has good refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and flat stove top range with great microwave/convention oven combo. The couch in livingroom was compy to sleep on but I did not open it up into a bed. Bedroom was much warmer and next to parking lot. Unit needs additional fans or airconditioning. Laundry facilities in building and books too. Tropical waterfall setting with pond and koi fish deeper into garden. Cane frogs can get quite noisy at night when mating! Nice pool and 2 large covered gas barbecues with view of the ocean. Large grassy area with lots of lawn and lounge chairs for sun bathing or watching an incredible sunset. Beach at low tide offers small beach and safe area for children. Turtles often seen during high tides. Two showers on lawn so u don't have to track the sand back home. Convenient location, near stores and public beach. Has with ample parking. Garbage pickup in am is noisy. Management responded quickly and with aloha when contacted. NEEDS that extra fan. MAHALO for sharing your home with me. The price was right!!!

It was really scary renting a Condo site unseen - you never know what your getting - I was very pleasantly surprised that this one was all it was advertised and more -- Very comfortable - all the amenities we needed. We had a little issue with no A/C but Myra of Itrip was right on top of it - had us free standing unit within a couple of hrs of checking in. She's also sending me quotes for our next visit. Please use Itrip - you will not be disappointed.

ITrip was great.

ITrip was great. Airbnb misrepresented the condo we reserved that was advertised on behalf of iTrip. Allen & Leanna went aboveboard to fix the situation & made our 30th anniversary better than we expected. I will use them again without going through Airbnb.

Lots of cockroach

There were lots of cockroaches in the kitchen. Disgusting! Later on, we also found a few cockroaches in the bedroom. We are so afraid that we may take them back home. Definitely a nightmare for us.

Condo was exactly what we wanted, a comfortable place to stay at a great price! We spent most of our time enjoying Maui. When we did have problems( ants) it was handled immediately by management/ very professional and accommodating! IMPROVEMENTS: replace hideaway sofa and more fans!

Paki Maui condo

Condo was ok. Very clean. Furniture was definitely older and could use updating. Kitchen was very nice. Location was very good. Everything was very nice for the price. My ONLY complaint was that the unit was VERY hot! We had two ceiling fans and one portable but they did very little to help with the heat. Airconditioning would have made this place perfect.
