Enjoy our cozy beach house with coastal decor and plenty of natural light, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two separate living areas, and private patios/decks perfect for relaxation. Explore the rich history of America’s oldest city or unwind on the beach. Ideal for families or couples, our home offers the perfect blend of beachside serenity and cultural history.

Nestled one house away from the sand, our charming beachside vacation home offers the best of both worlds, as it’s perfectly situated just steps from Vilano Beach and a short car ride to historic St. Augustine.

The beautifully designed interior features bright, airy rooms and plenty of amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Spend your mornings lounging on one of the two outdoor wooden patio/decks or exploring the nearby shores of Vilano Beach or Porpoise Point - both just a short walk away. After a day at the beach, rinse off in our convenient outdoor shower located off the downstairs ramp.

Our home is perfect for families or couples, offering two separate living spaces - one upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs, you will find the main living space, kitchen, dining table for four, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs is an open studio/suite with a bedroom area, living room space (with Roku TV), small dining table for two, kitchenette with a low-profile refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and full bathroom.

In the afternoons, pop over to America’s oldest city, with landmarks like Castillo de San Marcos and the Fountain of Youth just minutes away.

Enjoy a blend of beachside relaxation and cultural exploration with your family, all from our quiet residential street. Create unforgettable memories with your loved ones where history and coastal beauty come together.

Please note: cell phone reception is spotty in certain parts of our area, but you can connect your phone to WiFi calling when in our home.

*Please do not allow children to operate the woven bamboo shades upstairs. These shades feature a cordless lift system - to lower the shades, gently grab the plastic pieces on the bottom and pull down; to raise, gently lift the shade from the bottom until it reaches your desired height.*

*Our home has a spiral staircase open from upstairs that leads to the downstairs living area. Please be aware that young children will need to be watched so that they do not get hurt going down the staircase.*
