Wander Bodega Bay is a stunning coastal retreat perched above the Northern California coastline. This elegant retreat offers breathtaking bay views through soaring vaulted ceilings and from its expansive balcony with BBQ area. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, unwind on sun loungers.

WEATHER
Low Tide Scent. Due to the house's location, there may occasionally be a natural scent in the air. We have scent machines in place to help minimize this, ensuring a more comfortable stay for you.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

SAFETY NOTICE
Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

HOUSE & COMMUNITY RULES
At Bodega, we embrace the true essence of community living. With no apps like DoorDash, Instacart, or Uber available, we focus on offering a personal, hands-on experience.

When you visit, you'll enjoy a unique shopping experience—take your items with you right away or shop directly at the local market for the freshest goods. It's the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the local vibe and support nearby businesses.

PETS
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door inside this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.

This was our first stay in Bodega Bay and this well-equipped Wander property made it exceptional. Add wonderful sunsets and amazing birdlife. We will return.

This place is absolutely beautiful! 2 bedrooms (one king size bed and one queen) with one bathroom that has a heated seat bidet (and a view from the toilet). The living room has a beautiful view and the sunsets are amazing.The kitchen was stocked well of which we used the toaster oven, stove, oven and pots/pains with no issues. The outside deck was especially nice with the comfort lounge chairs, heated bench, huge picnic table. We didn’t realize there was a wood soaking tub but there is one, we just didn’t use it.Otherwise you will see plenty of birds and perhaps get a sea lion coming up on land just off the deck to rest.It was a very close walk to a winery. There is a lovely nature walk close by and the beach entrance is 0.7 mile walk (using the nature trail).

Everything was good but I was unable to get a shower because shiwer wasn’t working. Hard to find out how to run the water . Stove was difficult to turn on.

Coastal Hygge

I’d never heard of Wander before but wow what an incredible property and experience. We rented it for a few days to escape an inland heatwave, but are equally excited to visit again in winter some time, ideally during a storm. The big windows looking out onto the bay + the wood stove make for an incredibly cozy atmosphere.
