Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You will not beat this property's location. Clean and well stocked, they provide everything you may need. It's our second time staying here, and we will be back. We use it as a base for sightseeing from Bodega Bay to Point Reyes. Just wish we had a longer vacation.

Dillon Beach and wine country

Breaking Waves was a cozy open floor plan with huge windows to enjoy the beautiful Tomales Bay, Point Reyes area, and Bodega Bay. Convenient to a lot of activities and Napa / Sonoma wine country. Highly recommended.

Very Nice

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect it’s very quiet and the views are beautiful. We really enjoyed the sunsets. Our host was very responsive and willing to accommodate. I highly recommend this property .

Oasis Retreat

Truly and idyllic getaway, perfect for relaxing with views and a short walk to the beach and local cafe and market. Would recommend this to family and friends, and would go again!

Unbeatable views

We had a wonderful time staying in this Dillon Beach property. The deck and views are amazing, and the living space is so cozy — perfect for meals together and looking out at the ocean. We would definitely go back!

Great location, beautiful views

Beautiful views and well furnished, comfortable home. Clear instructions. Wish ocean-facing windows were clean or that a squeegee was available to clean them.

Second Time Back...We'll Be Back Again!

We love bringing our family to Breaking Waves and have stayed here multiple times. The views and coziness are perfect for recharging with the kids. Board games, TV, cooking and walks on the beach make for a perfect coastal getaway!

A Stunning Slice of Heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's the best view you will ever have for an American vacation. Maybe you can beat it somewhere else in the world but not in the U.S. It's simply an AWESOME (proper use of the word) place to wake up. The kitchen is very well equipped. The Wifi is strong and the beds are comfy. The hot water works well and the toilets flush right. My only knock would be the outdoor cushions are hard to get down from their perch and the outdoor furniture could use an upgrade but with that view you're not bothered by much. The staff at Wine Country are very responsive and helpful. Had a raccoon get into the foundation one night and they took care of it quickly. Good people.

Perfect getaway

The place was perfect for the 2 of us. Cozy but not cramped feeling because of the high ceilings. We had warm days this past week but such good ventilation that opening a few windows and doors cooled the place down instantly. This is definitely a comeback place!

The view at this property is worth a million dollars. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. It appears to be about 800 square feet in total. It is clean and comfortable but could use some updates. I would stay here again if we end up going to Dillon Beach again.
