One of a kind Apartment in a luxurious complex directly on the Intercoastal River in beautiful surroundings with all imaginable amenities, a fantastic view of the sea, 2 balconies, lovingly furnished with wonderful works of art, modern yet comfortable furniture and a Finnish Sauna (!) within the apartment.
2 pools, hot tub, a fitness room equipped with the most modern equipment overlooking the river, billiards room, games room, library, steam room, ensure that you feel like home away from home!

Escape to this delightful apartment in picturesque Holly Hill. This terrific rental features 3 bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed. With 3 bathrooms offering a jetted bathtub and shower, guests can relax in style. Enjoy amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, and even a fitness room. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Just so you know.....we would be happy to put you in touch with our cleaner if you desire additional cleaning during your stay. Please understand though that this must be done at your own expense.

Relaxation

Spent 2weeks taking break from cold weather in Iowa(below 0) enjoying some sunshine and beach time. Local restaurants were great, shopping fun too. Lots to do or just relax. I'll be back . PS This place was top of my rentals -with added treats and stocked with toiletries that I forgot. Thank you

The room was very clean. The carpet is beige so I got into the habit of immediately removing my shoes in the foyer so I didn’t dirty any of the carpet.The check in process was smooth. Monika let me check in early and stay a little longer which made it easier for my travel schedule.The view was as described. You have a great view of the river, and you can also see the ocean as well.There are plenty of local shops; three of them are right outside the building that you can actually walk to. If you want to dine on the oceanfront, it’s a short drive over the nearby bridge.It is a 1.6 mile drive to Pictona, where I spent most of my time playing pickleball. It’s very convenient if you’re a pickleball enthusiast.The gym was plenty big with mostly weight machines and some free weights. It has a great view of the pool area and river.The unit had secure WiFi and the building grounds had free WiFi. The living room had comfortable chairs and cable TV so I could enjoy watching my sports. My only recommendation would be to also add a TV to the master bedroom as well. Overall, I would say the unit and host were excellent. I certainly enjoyed my stay this winter.
