Key Lime Cottage - MINUTES from the beach, Ocean Center, Pictona & downtown!!

Unwind at this peaceful, coastal cottage. Located only a block off the Halifax River you can enjoy riverfront bike riding, walks, fishing, nature and wildlife! In less than 5 minutes you have the famous Daytona beach, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants & things to do, which are featured in my Guest Guidebook!!

When you arrive to the peaceful, cozy Key Lime Cottage you will walk into the sunroom surrounded with large windows and seating for your morning coffee!! Then you will head into the newly renovated living room with a 65" Roku TV, a sectional and two large seagrass chairs. That will lead into the kitchen with all appliances, a Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, blender, 2 full sets of dinnerware, pots/pans, bbq set, knife block, loaded spice rack, wine opener, plenty of plates, bowls, drink glasses and more!

Once you grab your cup a coffee or glass of wine, take a seat in the dining area/breakfast nook or in the back sitting room which has a large sliding glass door that looks out to back yard full of beautiful flowers and plants! This room features Murphy cabinet with a comfortable queen pull out bed. This is also where the backdoor is located to go out to the paved patio featuring patio furniture, a propane fire pit, dining table with an umbrella!

Off of the back room is the garage which features a washer, dryer. This is also where the bicycles, beach chairs, cooler and fishing rods are stored, which you can enjoy for free with your stay!

The 1st Floor also features the master suite with a comfortable, king pillow top, the second queen bedroom…both bedrooms have 42” Roku tv’s and closets with hangers! The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and along separate second shower!

**Included with your stay is fresh, high quality linens in all bedrooms, towels, complimentary shower toiletries, paper products, some cleaning products and a case of bottled water to start off your stay without having to run to the store!**

Key Lime Cottage met our needs perfectly. It was easy to come and go to be with family who lived close by. Walking along Beach Street/intercoastal is just so perfect in the mornings with the dogs.

Key-lime Cottage is beautiful and placed right in the middle of anything you’d want to do! We were able to go the beach multiple times, go bike riding to manatee island and so much more! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Key Lime Cottage! The welcome basket had goodies as well as those often forgotten items. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials plus all the spices and staples needed! The house was just as described and very comfortable. The hostess communication was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Cute, Clean with Lots of Extra Touches

The house was the perfect location very close to family. Loved the extra touches to make us feel welcome as well as the fenced back yard where we spent most evenings. Loved the welcome basket, the water pressure in the shower was great and the A/C was just perfect. Will definitely check availability when I come to stay again.

The Perfect Place!

Sandi's place was fabulous. The amenities were perfect (we loved the yard games and bikes especially). The location was very nice (residential but close to Daytona Beach). Sandi was extremely responsive with any concerns or issues that arose during the trip. Overall, such an amazing trip!

Get Away

Key Lime Cottage is the perfect getaway for Daytona. It is close to everything but far enough away to feel comfy and cozy. Sandi provided a wonderful welcome basket with tasty goodies and practical necessities. Sandi was also quick to respond to any questions and needs.

Key Lime Cottage was meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated, boasting a lovely yard ideal for unwinding in the evenings after several long days of settling our daughter into her dorm room at Embry-Riddle. The property is conveniently situated near numerous restaurants and the beach. We had a quick trip down for the Coke Zero 400 NASCAR race. Sandi was very responsive and reached out well before our stay. We arrived later than expected because of rain on the way down, but found the place easily, got into the house easily and there was a gift basket filled with goodies when we arrived. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time even though we didn't spend a lot of time there since we were out of the house for most of Saturday and left Sunday morning. The 11am check out was nice since we were out late Saturday evening at the race.

Perfect short trip to Daytona!

The pictures do not do this property justice! It is a wonderfully restored 1950's beach house. Location is perfect, just a quick drive to the beach and historic downtown areas. We went to a Tortuga's game and parked 8 min after we left the house. Sandi is a wonderful host and the house is pretty well equipped. The welcome basket is absolutely next level. Thanks for letting us stay!

Awesome experience!

This property is very well maintained. Sandi is easy to work with. We had 2 adults and 2 children in our group. The kids loved having their own bedroom instead of a hotel room. This was our first experience with VRBO and I highly recommend it!! This cottage was adorable and its location was not too close nor too far from Daytona beach. Easy access to the beach, Daytona Lagoon and all the restaurants. Will definitely be staying with Sandi again in the Key Lime Cottage!! Thank you so much for the welcome basket also Sandi!!
