The stay was great, awesome views, had a family get together here, they all enjoyed the place.

The host was very accommodating and communicated well during our stay. The home was perfect for 2 families in town for a tournament being held at Southwestern College. We enjoyed the hot tub with great views in the evening and sunny pool during the day. Plenty of hang out space indoors for when it was hot outside. There are a variety of board games available and pool toys. Loved the espresso machine and appreciated having the Breville toaster oven similar to the one we use at home.We would definitely stay again!

SUMMARY: Think twice before you book.I’m not one to take the time and write reviews. I highly advise you read it all.The home is nice. Spacious 3 rooms with space for about 2 people per room. Large living room with spacious kitchen and large backyard with nice pool and patio seating.Now the negatives of our stay. From start to finish, communication with our host was dreadful. Lights for the pool, hot tub heating, and more is all “app based” and so we can’t use the hot tub on command. We had to wait hours for replies about check in/out instructions, for the hot tub to turn on.Communication was sketchy with conflicting instructions about throwing away trash. Kitchen tools from silverware to cooking items like pots and pans are all terribly in quality and condition. I highly recommend bringing your own pots, pans, etc.The guest bathroom sink is very difficult to use because the faucet barely reaches the side wall of the sink, so you can’t fit both hands comfortably under running water.I’m not one to expect perfect rental conditions, but other than the bare bones, you’re going to have a heck of a time trying to get information on anything.

Very pleased with our stay , very Clean and organized. Our Host Adriana was amazing and very helpful. The view was amazing our kiddos absolutely loved the pool , the jacuzzi was a plus not to mention the fire pit area , loved everything !
