There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the main house. In the attached ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), there is 1 additional bedroom with a king bed, plus a combined dining, kitchen, and living area. In that common area, there are also bunk beds available.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including a private pool, an engaging game room, and a bocce court. The number of guests must not exceed what is stated on the reservation and will be monitored via security cameras on the property.
Violating any of these rules will result in an immediate $1,000 fine and the cancellation of your reservation.
