Welcome to your centrally located, fully renovated home! This stunning space, designed for comfort and connection. Step outside to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away. Whether relaxing with loved ones or immersing yourself in the community, this inviting retreat is intentionally designed to create lasting memories.

THE SPACE

Comfortably sleeps 6 adults, with additional sleeping options for families with children. (Crib, kids blow up mattress & a queen blow up mattress).

State-of-the art kitchen, dining area & wet bar equipped with cooking gadgets, coffee machines and local products showing off our wonderful community.

Parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Outdoor fire pit & bluetooth speakers.

Delightful children's play area & movie room. Great for those families who are coming to celebrate - the adults get to hang upstairs, the kids have their own space.

Everything went as expected. The coffee was exceptional. Everyone enjoyed their stay and came from long distances. Celebrating our sons graduation and he was happy with everything.

This rental is amazing! It is very clean and tastefully decorated with many thoughtful touches and various nooks and crannies for hanging out or playing games. The power went off after a storm and Liz checked on us to make sure was all okay, she was very attentive and helpful offering a wonderful welcome booklet with information about the property and city. Will definitely stay again!

I’m so glad you enjoyed the space, the little nooks, and all the thoughtful touches—we really want it to feel like a place where people can settle in, connect, and just be. It means a lot to hear that came through in your stay. And then… the storm. What a wild night. In all my years growing up here, I’ve never experienced anything like it—three tornadoes in one evening is definitely not part of the usual Normal, IL experience. I’m incredibly grateful for how patient and understanding you were through it all, and so thankful for this community getting everything back up and running so quickly. We would absolutely love to have you back anytime—hopefully next time with nothing but calm skies and an easy, uninterrupted stay 😊

This house was fantastic. Very clean, tastefully decorated, plenty of amenities. The hosts were great, the yard was great. We were here for ISU family weekend, were able to have a few families over. It was perfect.

Great visit with family

Visited niece attending ISU. The stay was great! Perfect place to hang with family - dinners on patio and evenings by the fire pit. The owners are great - attentive to any need, took care in the details. The house and outdoor space was perfect. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

Such a wonderful and seamless stay! We stayed with our two boys, 5 and 8. The host was so nice and communication was really great! The property was very clean and the perfect place to stay after driving all day! Our kids really enjoyed the playroom in the basement and the deck outside! Definitely will stay again if we are in the area :)

Hosts thought of everything!

The house was beautiful, clean, and the hosts thought of everything. Every need was met, plus some! The house was even better than the pictures. My 5 and 3 year olds had a great time playing in the kid area. Would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here! The house was very clean and felt very comfortable. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs during our stay and I would recommend staying here to others! The neighborhood was very nice as well and was a short walk from campus, which was really nice! I plan on coming back for sure! :)

Close to What You Need in Normal/Bloomington

Amazing proactive host. Amazing place. We slept 8 very comfortable, plenty of space in and out and well-lit property. They considered every detail....and a Mixpresso to boot. Great stay overall.... even left some pizza in the freezer for our kids sine we were arriving so late....Really 5 star.

Best Rental I’ve Ever Stayed At!

Liz is an amazing host and this house is the nicest rental I’ve ever stayed at! The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking tools you need to make meals and every aspect of the house makes you feel right at home with elegant furnishings and stylish decor throughout! The bed is also very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and easily located. There is even a garage! You’ll love staying here! I highly recommend this rental!
