This place was just as described and exactly what we needed. Communication and getting inside were easy, everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had all the items we needed, the TV and air conditioning worked simply, and departure was a breeze. We especially enjoyed the back screen porch where we opened the windows for the fragrant cool air to drift in. We were able to walk to restaurants, but then, we like a 25 minute walk. I highly recommend this for others who like a clean, comfortable, relaxing, no-fuss place to stay.

Great getting check in information to us in advance. Very nice, quiet neighborhood, convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Very spacious & comfortable so we all could enjoy doing our own thing reading, watching tv or playing pool. Check out was great! We will definitely be back.

The host was very responsive. Directions to access the property were easy to follow. The home was clean, welconming and nicely furnished. Our party included 7 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. I would definetly stay there again.

The home was spacious and the perfect amount of room for our family’s trip, however the maintenance and cleanliness of the home could be greatly improved upon. We spent much of the first day cleaning as it did not look like the house was deep cleaned prior to our arrival. Dirt and dust covered many of the floors, surfaces were not wiped down, floors not mopped and left our feet dirty all week, and many carpets/pieces of furniture needed either a deep clean or replaced. Unfortunately, the online photos look much nicer than the house actually looks in person.On top of the cleanliness, the home is poorly maintained in general. We encountered many issues, some including: leftover trash overflowing in an outdoor trash bin from previous guests that was never collected, the record player and projector did not work, and outdoor spaces were very unenjoyable (dirty and stained patio furniture, shattered back door, broken fire pit, and insects everywhere). Additionally, supplies that are usually needed to stay in a home were nonexistent - dish towels, bath towels downstairs, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.The hosts replied to concerns mentioned on the first day and attempted to address some issues, which we appreciated, but it still fell flat. Thankful for the hospitality and it worked for 5 days, but overall very disappointed in this rental property and will not be back.

Perfect Family Getaway in Raleigh!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO house in Raleigh, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! This spacious home was perfect for our large family, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together.The location couldn't have been more convenient. With shopping centers just a stone's throw away, we had easy access to all the essentials and fun activities.What truly stood out was the warm and hospitable atmosphere of the home. It felt like a cozy retreat, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay feel special. The owner was incredibly communicative, making the check-in process a breeze and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.If you're looking for a family-friendly place to stay in Raleigh, I can't recommend this property highly enough.
