Bring your large group to enjoy the great outdoors in our Barndominium! The barndo has 8BRs with the loft studio suite that will sleep up to 25! It has a gated entrance that offers privacy and security for our guests. Situated about 23 min from KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.

BARNDO DESCRIPTION:
Our barndo is newly renovated from floor to ceiling with about 3,300 sqare foot of living area. It has a very spacious gathering area on the lower level that is a kitchen/dining/living room all in one. The loft studio is also very spacious with a full living quarters. Each room has it's own temperature control for individual comfort. It has a breathtaking view that overlooks a valley and pond. It is surrounded by the great outdoors and a few cows and other wild animals that you will see on occasion.
* Gated entrance with long private drive: every guest has a uniqued 4 digit code to enter.
* Parking: lots of parking on the North, West, & South side of barndo.
* BR 1- king bed, TV, attached to full bath. Sleeps 2 max.
* BR 2- queen bed with TV. Sleeps 2 max.
* BR 3- 2 full beds with TV. Sleeps 4 max.
* BR 4- 2 full beds with TV. Sleeps 4 max.
* BR 5- 1 king bed with TV. Sleeps 2 max.
* BR 6- 1 queen bed with TV. Sleeps 2 max.
* BR 7- 2 full beds with TV. Sleeps 4 max.
* BR 8- loft studio with king bed, sofa bed, & 2 twin folding beds with TV. Sleeps 5 max.
* 4 Full Bathrooms- locations are in the loft, off the lower kitchen, connected to bedroom, and hall bath.
* Living room/Kitchen/Dining- very spacious with fully stocked kitchen, dining table, coffee bar, couches, & 70 inch TV.
* Laundry area: laundry area is in the upper loft bath.
* Fire pit- wood provided with a box that has lighter, paper, & roasting sticks.
* Back yard- fenced back yard for pets.
* Grill- propane grill located by the firepit.
* Back deck- deck is located off the loft with beautiful views.

We lived and raised our kids on our property for about 7 years. Some of the main features we loved about it was it's outdoor space it provided on acreage to do activities outside and the privacy we had with a gated entrance. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee from our screened-in front porch was our favorite. It brings us joy now to see others enjoy the things we enjoyed for years.
