This spacious row home in the heart of South Philadelphia offers an inviting open-concept living room, dining area, and vibrant kitchen - The first floor also includes a half bathroom and a convenient laundry room. The 2nd floor reveals 3br and a hallway bathroom with, 2bed rooms furnished, 3rd is a twin bed. Near various dining spots, close proximity to the Univ of Penn and Jeff Hospitals. Absolutely no parties allowed. A refundable $89 is held for incidental insurance by VRBO and refundable back to the guest if there are no extreme damage issues. Must be 25yr
