You will be 75 Steps to the Beach on the North end of Playacar Fase Uno and will be able to cool off in one of the two swimming pools.

Our luxury beach villa sleeps 8 comfortably and can fit up to 10 guests.

- It has two master suite bedrooms making it ideal for a multi-family vacation (one in ground floor and one in 2nd floor).
Each spacious master suite includes a king size bed, a large ensuite bathroom, dressing room, TV and coffee table.

- Bedroom 3 and 4 (ground floor) both have plentiful closet space, TV, pool access and share a bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has 2 double size beds.

- High-Speed WIFI throughout the house is the fastest possible, and new mini-split air conditioner units in all bedrooms and living areas cool the place quickly.
