Blue Snapper is the ideal beach retreat decorated in tropical colors with four bedrooms, each with a private bath, well equipped kitchen, plenty of family seating in the living room with a 60 inch TV, private golf cart to get you to the beach and pool, a large third floor deck for relaxing, outdoor BBQ with patio seating, bicycles and beach chairs included, and parking for 3 cars.

Located south of Scenic Highway 30-A in Blue Mountain Beach, tucked into a quiet little neighborhood, Blue Snapper is a short golf cart ride or walk to the sugar white sand beach. Blue Mountain Beach is home to emerald water, coastal dune lakes, excellent restaurants, large Publix grocery store with retail shopping nearby, bay & gulf fishing nearby, and gorgeous sunsets.

[1st Floor] Family room with plenty of seating, a 60 inch TV, and high speed internet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need- from making morning coffee to a gourmet seafood dinner (the fresh seafood market is a quick drive.) The dining table seats six and there are three stools at the breakfast bar. You also have a convenient powder bath, as well as full washer and drier.

[2nd Floor] The master suite with king size bed, 50 inch TV, and full private bath. The second floor also has the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds with two trundle beds (sleeps 6 kids), a 40 inch TV, Xbox, board games, and full private bath. Note that this is a walk-thru room to get to the 3rd floor. A noise machine is provided.

[3rd Floor] Two bedrooms, each with queen beds, 40 inch color TV, and each bedroom has a full private bath. Large balcony for relaxing, reading, and watching the sunset.

Blue Snapper is a quick trip (¾ mile) in our four-seat private golf cart to public beach access with parking for golf carts and cars. We have access to a large community pool (gated, our key card is required) located in the Village of Blue Mountain Beach. There is an enclosed air conditioned fitness center located by the pool.

The backyard has a BBQ grill and a shady area with patio table and chairs for dining out. You will have access to the storage shed, which includes:

* Cornhole
* Kids Beach toys
* Beach chairs
* Beach umbrella
* 4 adult bicycles for touring the scenic Highway 30A bicycle path.

Your safety matters. We have exterior doorbell, front, and back yard cameras installed. In addition, our cleaning crew is taking special precautions to assure proper sanitization to ensure the health and safety of our guests by following the StaySafe AHLA-USA guidelines.
