Sitting on 2+ acres with a partially fenced yard, heated saltwater pool for Memorial Day thru September (weather permitting), fire pit & covered back porch with charcoal grill the possibilities for entertaining are endless. Inside you'll be welcomed by a spacious gourmet kitchen, oversized vaulted great room that opens up to the covered back patio for seamless indoor/outdoor living. There is also a whole house water filtration system. The 1st floor offers 4 en suites all with Queen beds plus two primary King en suites on the 2nd level each with luxurious baths and their own private deck. There is an additional living area on the second floor with a custom bar area. The Farmview is just a short distance from all area attractions and beaches. You'll want to book your next stay at this fabulous property! This is a Sunday to Sunday in summer season. There is a pet fee of $350 for a maximum of 2 dogs. There is also a cleaning fee and linen service fee of $650 for each rental. Linens and bathing towels will be provided. There will be a new paved driveway completed April 2025.
