Welcome to this spacious and beautifully appointed townhome located in the heart of West Seattle's vibrant neighborhood! With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this modern home offers comfort, convenience, and a prime location for your stay in Emerald City.
This home offers all the amenities, comfort, and privacy you need during your stay. It is a short express bus ride or water taxi trip away from Mariners and Seahawks games. There are many local shops, restaurants, bars within walking distance.
The space
This house includes a sunny main floor with a fireplace. Top floor have 2 bedrooms each with full bath. Master has a small deck for sipping morning coffee. The first floor bedroom with full bath is great for an office away from main floor living space and is perfect for families. Every room has its own bathroom. Fully fenced garden and clear and easy street parking!
Guest access
You have full access to all rooms in the house (other than the garage) as well as the patio outside!

We loved the location—West Seattle is incredibly walkable, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The house was perfect for our stay, offering three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing by the warm, inviting gas fireplace. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our visit.

This was a perfect base for our trip to Seattle/the Pacific Northwest. The neighborhood itself (in West Seattle) was great with several shops and eateries within walking distance. The bus stop was just a few blocks away. We rented a car but took some combination of bus/water taxi to get to downtown Seattle. We took two day trips while there—one to Mount Rainier and another to Whidbey Island. Overall a great trip, and this was a great home away from home for the week. FYI—the parking is on the street. There is no dedicated parking spot. We had ZERO issues finding a spot close to the townhome. Also, there is no central AC, but the weather was perfect for us in early October and the temperature felt great just by cracking open a window or two. There are cooling units in the home for warmer months, but we didn’t need to use them.

Nice spot

Great property in West Seattle. Something I didn’t get from other reviews was the convenience to public transportation. Rapid ride stop into Seattle 2 blocks down and fare is reasonable. Water Taxi also a good option. After the first day, we left our car parked and avoided traffic and parking hassles with cheap reliable transportation options

Little extras make all the difference

I was very happy with the communication throughout my stay and all of the convenient extras (tea and coffee, plenty of towels, kitchen ware) that made my stay more comfortable. The location is great if you want to explore the restaurants and shops of West Seattle.
