• Stairs: 8 steps at the entrance; the home has 3 stories plus the rooftop deck.
• Cancellation: We strictly follow our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is recommended.
• Noise: Located in a quiet neighborhood—no parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours after 9 PM.
• Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited; violations incur a minimum $500 per-day fee.
