My family and I booked this home in May for a September wedding. A few weeks before the wedding Tiffany messaged me and said the bunk beds were damaged by a previous guest and they had replaced them with a queen. This complicated our sleeping arrangements due to needing 3 single beds and we booked this home based on that. It’s not her fault they were damaged and she did offer to cancel our reservation, however with only a few weeks to go -we had zero options. I asked her to discount our stay since we were losing a bed. She declined but offered an early check in and late check out as a compromise. We agreed since she told us there was a pull out in the living room as well.Well not only is there NOT a queen pull out. There was zero bedding to go with it. What’s there is an “extendable” sofa, but a grown adult would easily hang off a foot or so at the end of the bed. A small child would fit diagonally. The first night we made due with sharing blankets from our queen bed. We messaged Tiffany in the morning to which she said her cleaners would drop some off. The cleaners never came. We also had nothing to cook with in the oven. No bakeware, pizza rack, cookie sheet, etc. Hopefully that issue will be resolved. I messaged her about that as well, but she didn’t respond until after we had checked out.There is nothing to iron with. So bring one I guess? And we found dog hair all in our bed.I feel like a small refund would have gone a long way and shown more integrity.
