Great property in a nice quiet community. While some of the Kingsmill resort amenities aren’t accessible, you still get the benefit of a perfect location - close to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg and other exceptional golf courses - at a much more reasonable rate. Nicole was also an excellent host - responsive and very pleasant!

This was a very nice place to stay. Would stay here again if I'm ever in the area. Love that there was coffee and tea for you to use and love that there were snacks provided. If you got in late and didn't have your food yet, you could have had something to eat. It's very nicely decorated and very close to Busch gardens and water country.

Easy check-in/check-out. Condo is comfortable, quiet, and an easy drive to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg. Should've checked before booking to confirm, but the pool isn't available after Labor Day. Condo was exceptionally clean, and beds were comfy!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were here for just a few days but wished we could have stayed longer. Location is great as we were here to visit Busch Gardens but the resort that the condo was located in looked amazing too. Nicole was very easy to work with and quick to respond if we had any questions. The condo was very clean and had several little extra that made the place feel very welcoming. Overall a great stay. Thank you for having us.
