Bad experience
First, we arrived to check in at 4pm as scheduled. However, when we arrived, there was a couple with a child “cleaning” and their dog. They said it would take another 30 minutes, but in reality it took another 45 minutes. And when we got in, the house was dirty; the beds smelled bad, the patio was covered in broken eggs and cigarettes. The barbecue was filthy, the carpet in the living room was disgusting, and the carpet in the playroom had urine from the dog that had been there before. We tried to cancel because of all this, but there was no agreement. It was a terrible place for those who are clean and like organization. I apologize for this review, but it was a terrible experience since I was embarrassed to bring business people with me during the two days we were there.
