This place is in a great central location for a lot of different golf courses. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom which was nice considering there were 8 of us. It was very clean and affordable.

We really appreciated the amount of separate bedrooms! This helped accommodate our large group of friends traveling together, while still having our own space! The backyard was awesome and large too- if the weather would’ve been warmer, we would’ve spent a lot of time back there!

This house was in great condition. Great location for everything that we needed to get to as far as having a good weekend Home was pretty. I’ll outside. Backyard can use a little bit more lighting, but it was still really cool. Lotta room. The host was very accommodating and very good with communication Would definitely rent again.

I enjoy creating homes that are both functional and fun, with thoughtful details such as comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchens, and inviting spaces where guests can relax and spend time together. My goal is to make every part of the experience feel easy, from booking and check-in through checkout.

I stay closely involved in the guest experience and take pride in being responsive, easy to communicate with, and helpful whenever questions come up.

Outside of hosting, I enjoy basketball, volleyball, good food, travel, and renovation projects.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers a great balance of convenience, space, and a more relaxed residential setting. Guests have easy access to ASU, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, spring training stadiums, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and other Phoenix-area attractions.

What I like most is that guests can spend the day exploring, attending an event, golfing, hiking, or visiting family, then return to a quieter home where they can relax by the pool, enjoy the backyard, and spend time together.

It makes a convenient home base for families and groups visiting for vacations, sports tournaments, graduations, golf trips, spring training, or a weekend in the Arizona sun.
