ABOUT THE SPACE: Cayman Vilas Unit D-1 is located in a second row residential community in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This house comes with a view of the Channel. It accommodates up to 24 guests with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. There are 4 parking spaces available. Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Washer and Dryer. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

The property description was quite accurate. There were a couple of issues that were immediately taken care of by the Host. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The property worked really well for our families, and we had a great time. The space was nice, and we could easily spread out and relax. The kitchen was great and equipped better than other homes we have rented. Loved having two refrigerators, I have two at home, so it made our life feel very normal. Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We will be coming back again.

I want to give a better review. The house is very nice but really needs some TLC. The walls were filthy and had multiple unfinished patches. When we arrived the kitchen sink was leaking. We immediately contacted the property manager who sent someone the next day. By then my father had tightened the connection enough to ensure the bowl we placed would prevent water damage. When the person came they decided they would wait until we left to do the repair so we spent the week emptying the bowl to ensure water damage wasn’t an issue. Day three we noticed water pooling in front of the refrigerator. Again we notified the property manager who never responded. Probably the most disappointing aspect of the property was the pool. When we choose the property this was very important as our family consists of 3 young children and more than a couple hours at the beach is difficult. Having access to a pool was important. The disappointment when we went to the pool to find the area around the pool under construction and we were not able to sit and allow the kids to swim. It was very disappointing!! Overall with better property management this is a lovely home and in a great location but for the money would not rent this home again.
