This home is perfect for couples or small families as there is only one full bath. This was one of the first VRBO properties that we've stayed at that included all the toiletries (even kleenex!). We liked having a big screen TV in the master bedroom (king size bed) and access to Amazon Prime. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed having parks and restaurants all within walking distance. The location is close to the NASCAR track and 2 of the baseball spring training parks, which is why we were there. The host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are planning a trip to the Phoenix area!

I enjoyed this two-story condo as it seemed like a home where you could enjoy a long stay if needed. The layout was well done with a powder room on the first floor and a full bath on the second floor with a skylight. The narrow stairs may be a challenge for some.The unit was very clean and quiet considering that it's on a well-traveled street. It was nice to sit out in the minimalist back patio/yard with morning coffee watching the birds in nearby trees. The lovely park with a manmade pond is just steps away. I took a walk around the pond each morning. The two block downtown row of restaurants and coffee shops were within walking distance as well as the Saturday morning Farmers Market.I suggested a few updates to the owner who appreciated that I took the time to do so and commented that they already ordered new blinds and an outdoor umbrella to replace the existing -- the sun is brutal on outdoor furniture.
