Location is excellent. Beach is literally across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and public park. There are picnic tables and a bathroom for day use. Green sea turtles basking in the sun daily. Excellent access to restaurants, grocery and some shopping. Breathtaking sunsets.The apartment kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy. Tons of beach equipment chairs, coolers, umbrella and snorkel gear. Wifi is great, smart tv so you can watch your shows. A/C, dishwasher and washing machine all work well. Shared pool and hot tub are great and communal BBQ is a great touch.A few minor nits. Air conditioner splashes water from the fan onto the tile outside making it a bit slippery. Kitchen cabinets are a bit sticky. Our bedroom windows didn't slide well and were stuck open which is a bit noisy with road traffic. Nothing you can't fix with earplugs. Noticeable dust accumulation in storage and washing machine areas. But no bugs. Maintenance came into spray baseboard treatment, however property mgrs forgot to notify us someone would be entering when we aren't there. Personally we don't like the idea of the lockbox / key access for but it is what it is.Hosts are responsive and ready to help which is great. Overall our stay was well worth it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient apartment living with bus stops within a block. I did not need a car. The unit was very clean but outdated and lacks color. I could not access the TV lineup and the key was difficult to release and I could not put it back. The bedroom was too warm and I slept on the couch for the AC. I suggest a keyless entry be installed to avoid frustrations. The pool and grounds are well kept. I enjoyed the lanai overlooking the grounds. Rentals Maui is very professional and helpful. Mahalo!

The unit D208 was very comfortable and super well equipped. Thank you to the landlords who have left boogie boards, beach towels, beach bags, board games, snorkels, every kitchen tools, fans, icepacks... The property was great too, including the pool, the well taken care garden, the parking... Highly recommended!

Beautiful area, excellent condominium! Kitchen was very well-stocked, clean and we really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, mats, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

The bedroom was very hot to sleep in The air conditioning leaked on balcony even though maintenance guy fixed it it still leaked and water ran onto balcony making it slippery

Maui never disappoints

It is with difficulty to say anything negativity about any of our time while in Maui. While we loved the location of the property, it is an aged unit with a seemingly newly renovated kitchen leaving the rest untouched. The couch bed is uncomfortable. We very much appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and even the leftover sunblock.

A little disappointed this time

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1st thing I want to say is that we have stayed in this resort 3 times in the past and had been very satisfied with our experiences. This time, not so much. 4 people given 2 quality wash cloths and 2 with holes! Only blanket we could locate for thr pullout was threadbare and torn! The screen sliding door out to lanai did not work! All but 1 fry pan had warped bottoms, which didn't work with the glass top cook top. The kitchen cupboard doors were broken/falling off.

Great place to stay

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, utensils, and cookware, making it convenient for us to prepare our meals. The presence of a washer and dryer added a significant level of convenience to our stay. The spacious patio remained shaded throughout the day, providing an enjoyable experience for anyone who spent time there. he property is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive away from the incredible Wailea Beach, where we spent the majority of our time.

Beach in front of whale exhibit had four turtles and water is very shallow great for the beginner. Lots of towels. Quiet.
