Newly Renovated Condo - Heated Pool.
🚨NOTE: POOL CLOSURE IN MAY 2026 FOR RESURFACING. Nightly rate has been reduced due to pool closure.
Wake up to the sound of soothing waves and end your day with breathtaking sunset views from your oversized private balcony on the third floor. This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo located in Madeira Beach, directly across from the famous John's Pass Village offering vibrant coastal charm with waterfront dining, boutique shopping and exciting water activities.
2025 Update: Beach & HEATED pool are OPEN!
We are excited to be personally hosting this beautiful home after a year of working with a property management company. The property has already received MANY glowing 5-star reviews on our previous listing. Do not let the lack of reviews deter you from staying here. We know you will love our property as much as we do.
Additional Rules
Photo ID
Must be provided if host request.
Air conditioner: please note this is a smart home and the A/C will shut off if the doors are left open. The A/C will resume when doors are closed. Do not set A/C below 73 degrees.
Shower: please be sure to run the exhaust fan while showering to help reduce condensation in the bathroom.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
Clean up after yourself, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
Trash
Please dispose of trash in the trash chute located on your floor. All items are to be placed in a plastic trash bag excluding glass and recycle. Please bring glass items to parking garage and place in dumpster.
Recycle
Recycle bins are located on the ground floor in the parking garage.
Noise & Behavior
Quiet hours: Usually 9 PM – 8 AM.
Be respectful of neighbors and local community rules.
Guests & Occupancy
Only registered guests allowed to stay overnight. Maximum occupancy limits is 6 guests total, this includes both adults and children.
Parking
Use have access to 2 parking spots. One spot is assigned and labeled wit the unit number. The additional spot is a guest spot and based on availability. Do not block driveways or neighbors' access. You must have parking pass completely filled out and displayed or you could be towed.
Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pool
Usage at your own risk. Follow any posted rules. It is imperative to practice safety while using the pool. This includes SUPERVISING children (especially under the age of 12 years old). No lifeguard on duty.
Fire extinguisher
Is located near kitchen window. Follow instructions for fire safety equipment.
Laundry
Washer and Dryer are new. We ask that you limit your load size as they are compact.
Respect for Property
We ask that you treat our condo and belongings with care, as if it was your own.
Beach Chairs
We have provided 4 beach chairs for your use. They are located on the balcony. Please be sure to clean sand off chairs before bringing upstairs to help keep the condo clean.
Utilities & Amenities
Use appliances responsibly.
Damage
Report any damage immediately. You will be charged the fair market value of the cost associated with any damaged/broken items.
REMINDERS:
No Smoking or Vaping! If you smoke in the house, you'll be charged an additional fee for professional remediation.
No Pets
No Parties or Events at all
Do not rearrange furniture inside or out
No unapproved visitors.
Do not hang towels or clothes over the balcony
Do not throw anything from balcony
Do not feed birds from balcony
Do not store beach chairs or beach supplies outside front door
Do not tamper with security devices
Do not tamper with smoke detectors
Do not tamper with locked owner or housekeeping cabinets
Do not run the AC/heat with door or windows open.
No illegal activities: Any illegal activities, including drug use or other unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited.
