Experience Charlottesville like a local in this 5,000 sq. ft. building. Original structure built in the same year (1805) that British Admiral Horatio Nelson led the British fleet against the French navy at Trafalgar. Guests have private access to the top floor with additional 'getaway' room for another bed or reading or secluded office space .... or ..... The space offers 1 full bed and 2 futons, perfect for a single, couple or small family. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and brilliant decor throughout. With 2 bathrooms and an additional office space with a twin bed, this rental provides all the comforts you need. Feel free to reach out during your stay - happy to suggest local spots to check out. Owner is 45 year resident and knows all the stories; house has the history (original builder, John Jordan, built this house before going back to the construction of Thomas Jefferson's Monticello).
