Prior to your booking, you reached out to ask who the patio was shared with, and we explained that it’s shared with the lower unit, as noted in our listing. We always strive to be upfront about the layout, so everyone feels well-informed and comfortable. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean. It's a charming, older property that was recently refreshed with new paint, along with an updated kitchen and bathroom to offer a balanced blend of comfort and character. Regarding the entry alerts and notifications, these are part of our Vivint smart home system, designed to support guest safety and provide peace of mind during your visit. As for the mention of a dog, we don’t own or allow pets at the property, so we’re unsure where that sound may have come from. We’re sincerely sorry that your stay was cut short and that it impacted your plans to attend the Fae Fair.
