This charming 4-bedroom home in Schroon Lake is just a 15-minute walk from downtown and to the lake. It once served as the town's doctor's office, belonging to a Dr. Sawyer. You’ll notice a few quirks like the unique layout and office buzzers. It sparks imagination about how the doctor lived and practiced here. The house features 4 bedrooms, a sun room, a large mud room and library, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, and 1 standing shower. We’ve recently updated our mattresses and our cleaning crew. My husband is in the military so we are a family constantly moving and being able to have this home in our favorite safe haven lake side town, is a dream come true.

Our property was once the town doctors office! We had some relics and also have been told many stories from the locals.
