This charming 4-bedroom home in Schroon Lake is just a 15-minute walk from downtown and to the lake. It once served as the town's doctor's office, belonging to a Dr. Sawyer. You’ll notice a few quirks like the unique layout and office buzzers. It sparks imagination about how the doctor lived and practiced here. The house features 4 bedrooms, a sun room, a large mud room and library, 2 half baths, 1 full bath, and 1 standing shower. We’ve recently updated our mattresses and our cleaning crew. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have

My husband is in the military so we are a family constantly moving and being able to have this home in our favorite safe haven lake side town, is a dream come true.

Our property was once the town doctors office! We had some relics and also have been told many stories from the locals.
