Pure Relaxation

We enjoyed our time relaxing with ocean views and sea breezes. The house has so many cozy blankets and spots to settle in and relax.

Chill Time

Great place to spend a long weekend with a great family group of four adults and two children. House had a homey feel to it, and comfy, but a few fixes and upgrades are dearly needed. Having stayed here for the first time , and knowing about the place a little, I would stay there again. Does have that at home feel to it for sure.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The house was clean and spacious. We would stay there again if we're ever in the area.

Perfect other than downstairs beds

Perfect house on the sand with nearby bar and restaurants. Kitchen better equipped than most. Both Keurig and drip coffee machines. Only issue was the two twin beds in the downstairs bedroom were very squeaky and uncomfortable. Otherwise, a wonderful rental.

Bring a table cloth, because the kitchen table surface is tacky/sticky. Overall we would recommend the house :)

Beautiful Beachfront Getaway

This home had everything we were looking for. Beachfront access, beautiful views, and well stocked with all the amenities you need. I had trouble getting a large bottle of water open and I wondered if there would possibly be a nutcracker in the kitchen drawer. I opened it and I found two. I mean it when I say everything we needed was there. We hope to return again soon.

We Love Silver Strand!

This beach front property has a great porch to view the beautiful Silver Strand. Dolphins gave us a great show. Most of the beds were comfy, but the furniture needs a good cleaning. This property is in need of some tender loving care and a deep clean. Grab Bars in the showers would be helpful. We felt that the rental cost was a bit over priced for the quality of the rental, compared to other properties where we have stayed on Silver Strand. The $499 to Remax that was not applied to the rental cost was not value added .All the bikes and toys were locked up, other places we have stayed offer the toys to the renters. We will probably not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at this house! Location is amazing! The house was clean and had a lot of necessities. Some helpful things to know... there is a blender, they have lots of bodyboards, lots of sand toys for kids, 3 box fans, great tv streaming options, and lots of hot water. I feel like they had a big water heater because we had many people showering multiple times a day after playing in the water and sand, and the hot water lasted a long time. The only thing I couldn’t find was measuring cups. There were two liquid measuring cups but no dry. The house has lots of space and a big table for meals and games. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Gathering Spot for Families

The lay out of the house is very conducive to multi-generational family gatherings. There is a warmth and charm about the home even though there are significant upgrades needed. The furniture in the main living space was in terrible condition. The garbage disposal did not work upon arrival and the carpet is extremely outdated. The vinyl flooring was great and the kitchens were well equipped. Not sure why there were no wash cloths. The rental agency was very responsive. I would really like to return, but only if the furniture situation can be remedied.

Beach House on Ocean Drive

Overall the location of this home was perfect for our family since we had two small children with us and the accessibility to the beach was wonderful. However, there are some items that could use improvement: The mattresses on the bottom level were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa in the living area could certainly use an upgrade as it was a bit worn out and dirty. The carpet in the living room should really be replaced as it was very dirty. There could be some more hand towels available. There needs to be a dresser in the bottom level as our younger family with kids had to put all their clothes in the kitchen area as there were NO draws at all! We would love to come back next year but would appreciate any of the above improvements. We watched the sunset every evening and spent days upon days at the beach!!! Thank you.

All the beach toys, chairs and towels were put to good use. We would recommend this property to just about anyone. Be careful of the jelly fishes however. My husband got stung while walking on beach. There are three little things we would recommend for the house. The kitchen needs more dish towels. We would have liked to have some Tupperware/storage dishes in kitchen. And all the soft soap at all the sinks was watered down too much. Didn’t feel like there was any soap in the containers.

Lovely cozy home on the beach

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this cozy home. There were all of the amenities needed for a family vacation on the beach. Silver Strand is a wonderful not crowded beach with a great expansive beach. The home had lots of parking and all of the toys/furniture needed for kids to play with at the beach. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Small Family reunion

Loved our stay at this house. The home was cozy and well equipped. We had a baby and wanted baby to spend time with great grandmother she is almost 90. We also brought along babies uncles and aunty. They are in their mid 20’s. The house was great for all ages. Property manager was amazing and super accommodating. Great customer service.

Couple of things not listed in the description I thought would be helpful for everyone. There are some boogie boards in the garage and a couple of beach chairs with one umbrella and some beach toys for the kiddos. Also there is a tesla EV charger. There is two coffee makers, a keurig and a drip.The property has a two car garage and space for at least two more cars in the driveway. Enjoy!

The Views!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the views or location of this property! The home is casual, cozy & inviting! The beds & furniture were very clean & comfortable, although the couch is beginning to show signs of wear. Patio furniture was a bit sandy, but it is after all, the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meal prep & serving. Neighborhood is quiet & safe, lots of people & well-behaved dogs on the beach during the day. We stayed in March, and weather was atypically cooler & cloudier than expected, but there were lots of throw blankets to keep cozy. It did not seem as though fireplace was functional, not sure if that was purposefully due to our short stay. Contactless check in was very easy, house was very clean when we arrived. Property managers called me days ahead of check-in to inform me that the dishwasher was not working & was not able to be repaired before our arrival, but they offered a fair discount for the inconvenience. There was no hair dryer provided but when I looked back at the listed amenities, I see it was not listed- my mistake. Security refund check was received much quicker than I had anticipated. Overall, a great stay & we were sad to leave! If I could make any suggestion, it would be to provide a hair dryer.
