Perfect home away from home while working out of town. On site parking large enough for our trucks, comfortably furnished and great location. Restaurants, corner store and swim beach just a moments away.

10 out of 10 highly recommend! Everything was clean and organized so nicely! They literally have everything you need and things you sometimes forget. Check in and check out process was so easy! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect rental--appreciated use of beach items included. Also very thoughtfully stocked with detergent, soap, cleaning goods, coffee etc. those small details made our trip easy and wonderful! Also we loved hearing the seals barking when the house was quiet!

Everything about this beachside rental was perfect for our group - the space for 4 adults/4 teens, the rooftop lounge, the access to walk to the beach/harbor one block away. We loved watching all the sea lions in the coves along the harbor and the sailboats going out at sunset. Such an ideal location for enjoying the beach!

We booked Coming Up Melroses based on the proximity to the beach and the awesome rooftop deck. It certainly did not disappoint!The house had everything we needed. There was plenty of space to spread out and all the details were thought of - towels, pots/pans, spices. We were most impressed that they even installed two baby gates on the main stairwell after we asked about measurement to bring our own; it truly made our stay so much easier with a toddler. The washing machine was also a lifesaver. As noted below, there are beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. The roof deck was awesome with the sofa, table and chairs for 6, large umbrella, fire pit, and grill.The house is super easy walking distance to Silver Strand beach which was extremely clean and uncrowded.We checked out The Strand Bar and Grill (good burger!) and the Corner Store for some last minute supplies. There is also a Ralphs and Starbucks less than 5 mins away. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

We had a lovely stay, really enjoyed how much attention to detail there was and how thoughtful. Lots of amenities! The roof view and fire pit were outstanding. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely place

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean and worked, the kitchen was well stocked, check in was easy. Great place. Nice location. I look forward to coming back and bringing my kids (easily enough room for 6 people sharing beds).

We had such a good time. Lisa and Morgan thought of everything. Loads of toilet paper :-) feminine products, spices and more. The beds were very comfortable. The rooftop patio was our hangout. Absolutely beautiful views and sunsets. The lights and fireplace on the rooftop patio made it so cozy. Great location, it took 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We can't wait to come back.

Excellent service from Lisa and Megan.The place is clean and very well equipped. My only suggestion is to replace the spices in the kitchen (they are old). And the sheets on the king bed should be replaced (they kept coming un-tucked). Other than that, the place was perfect.

California stay by the ocean

It was a lovely place to stay both inside the house and the outside view. The electrical needed a little updating which I understand some of it was already fixed. Everything else was great. We never were able to get the upstairs bedroom TV working because we had the wrong remote but we didn't need it.

This house was lovely! The rooftop and its view were our absolute favorite! It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to reach and communicated quickly. We were also glad to have 4 parking spots! Would absolutely stay here again.
