Welcome to Coming Up MelRoses, a waterfront getaway just 50 feet from Silver Strand Beach. This is the kind of place where you can cross the street to the sand, come back for lunch, and head upstairs to the rooftop deck to watch the boats glide by at sunset. With 360° water views, a fire pit, and comfortable lounge seating, the rooftop is the heart of the home. Relaxed, dog-friendly, and fully equipped, this is an easy SoCal beach stay designed for real vacations.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire home, including all interior spaces, the rooftop deck, the back patio, and the garage.

Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry. We give guests space and privacy to enjoy their stay and are always available via the app or phone if you need anything.

**Booking process - Important!
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $25 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.
