The very large primary suite boasts wide lake views and includes a king bed with night stands and lamps; full dresser with mirror; bookcase; built-in lit counter area with mini-frig, Keurig single serve coffee maker, K-cups, sugar, creamer, and storage; seating area with accent table; a large double vanity room with make-up area and ample storage; large walk-in closet with bench and full length mirror; a toilet/shower room with new vinyl plank flooring and a linen closet; and access to a Bonus Room which has a sofa, tv, and storage cabinet.

Bedroom 2 has lake views and one queen bed; two twin beds (no bunk beds); night stands and lamps; a full dresser; a walk-in closet; and a stand-alone AC unit.

Bedroom 3 has three twin beds (no bunks beds) with night stands and lamps; a full dresser; wall closet organizers; and a stand-alone AC unit.

All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There is a newly renovated, full bathroom with shower/tub combo upstairs in the hallway with towel hooks in the hall.

The downstairs bathroom is oversized, has a shower/tub combo, a small dresser, and towels hooks.

The laundry room/mud room is equipped with a new Maytag washer and dryer, clothes hanging organizer, and utility sink and also functions as a mudroom with a bench/cabinet with hooks.

The livingroom, kitchen, lake room, bathroom, and laundry room have all been newly renovated. There is a large screen TV; bookcase; loveseat; double recliner sectional; swivel rocker chair; side tables; lamps; and a live edge wood bartop with three stools in the livingroom.

The kitchen has a high top table with six chairs; new appliances; a Keurig Duo coffee maker; K-cups; sugar; creamer; blender; coffee grinder; toaster; electric kettle; ample cabinets; granite countertops; stone backsplash; and is fully stocked with kitchenware.

The lake room has three walls of double hung windows with lake views; two sectional sofas that seat a total of eleven people; coffee tables; floor lamps; and a ceiling fan with light.

The game room is accessed from the livingroom and has lake views; a full sofa; bookshelves; tables; and lamps; a foosball table; a kitchenette with sink and mini frig; a pub table with four chairs; a tv; cornhole and hillbilly golf games; board games; and a tackle closet for fishing gear.

Outside, there is off-street parking for six vehicles (overnight on-street parking is prohibited by the township); a large deck space with sectional sofa, tables and chairs, a bar top area with seating, and a covered porch with lounger seating; a new grill; new fully concreted fire pit with grill top and adirondack seating; and automatic lighting. There is a dock with ladder to the water, concrete benches, boat bumpers, and cleats to use should you bring your own boat. Please do not try to turn around in the channel as it is too narrow and our neighbors get worried if anyone gets too close to their boats. Please just pull in and back out, it's way easier. Also, there is a boat lift with our pontoon on it, however, these are private and not for your use. The backyard is fully fenced in for safety, however, the gates do not have child proof locks so please watch your little ones. NOTE REGARDING HEATING/AC: This property has two separate central heating and AC units and stand-alone AC units in Bedrooms 2 & 3. The thermostat for the first central unit is located in the living room and controls the climate in the downstairs areas (including the Game Room), the stairs and small desk area, and Bedrooms 2 and 3. The thermostat for the second central unit is located in Bedroom 1 and controls the climate for the entire primary bedroom suite and the hall near the bathroom.

NOTE REGARDING FIRE ESCAPE STAIRS: Bedroom 1 has access to a fire escape which consists of a large hatch and a latch which opens up to a very sturdy, large wooden stairway that connects to the Game Room. These stairs are for Emergency Use only. For safety, we have placed signs to that effect and have also installed baby gates at the top and bottom of these stairs in case little ones are around.
