Jeremy I am very shocked that you left an review that is not true. You stated in your text to me that upon arrival to home you saw someone walking down the street and ask me why would someone be walking down the street at night. And because of this you never stepped foot into my beautiful home. You stated that you already had found a hotel room so i of course felt horrIble that you chose not to even go inside. In your review you stated that your Car got stolen but that had nothing to do with my home cause you never even got out the car. I did offer to pay half of your hotel bill but you only wanted a full refund which was not fair to me. You was not open to any negotiations, wanted a full refund without stepping foot into my house because someone which was my neighbor was walking down the street. You should learn to be more truthful when leaving reviews. I am very sorry for your Inconvenience.

The Host was very nice in working with us as we were not able to stay at this property. VRBO makes you put something in on the Property as I was not able to stay there I cannot answer for the property. But, the Host was very nice and considerate and worked with us to make the transaction work for all parties involved.

The host is so sweet and greeted us when we arrived. There is a code to get into the front door and a separate one to get into the apartment. We had everything we needed for our stay. There is easy on site street parking. The beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing and there is even a towel warmer available! The kitchen has various ways to make meals and there is a condiment station on the kitchen table. Everything was very clean and we had more than enough room. The kids even played chess. If we plan a visit to NYC again we will definitely book to stay here again. The train station is close but I drove into NY, depending on what time you go its only 30 minutes to an hour with traffic.

Newark NJ is so centrally located. 15 minutes from EWR. 25 minutes from New York City. Just minutes from Prudential Center and NJ Performing Arts Center.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes my home stand out from the rest is the level of comfort I provide for my guest. One will fall in love with the spa like bathroom. Complete with 6 body jets, hand held sprayer, LED rain shower head and including a towel warmer. The kitchen is complete with a double oven, Nespresso coffee/ espresso maker and everything one needs to prepare meals. It doesn’t stop there, I have also included memory foam mattresses on all the beds including the pull out sofa bed. All sheet sets are 1400 thread count. I only provide large high quality towels to complete the level of all your comforts.
