Wonderful family Spring Break spot! Beach is beautiful, water is very clean and surf is lots of fun! Lifeguard on duty.Condo was comfortable with great balcony view of the beach and the beautiful water.

The place was "fine." Great ocean view was the best asset. There was no dish soap & the property managements answer to that issue was "you can come get it when you get your parking pass" - which I printed & left at home, They did actually come deliver though a short time later, so that was nice. The bunkbed "room" was really just a closet with the bunkbeds shoved in there, which was not a big deal, but the bunk bed was literally falling apart - my adult daughters (not large people) didn't feel safe sleeping on it. Luckily there was also a pull out couch they ended up sleeping on, but that is a slight inconvenience when the rest of the people staying there get up for the day. Also, there were NO condiments or any other daily living type items. Again, not a show stopper, we were only there 3 nights, but these rentals typically have household or kitchen items in them. This review sounds negative & I didn't intend for it to be. Good place for the price, fantastic view, steps away from the beach! I'd probably stay here again, just a couple things that could be improved on.

Just what we needed for bringing family to the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I were looking for a place to take our son and two granddaughters, and this layout worked well for sleeping space. Access to beach, pool and outdoor bathroom was convenient, which was especially helpful when weather or surf conditions limited our time in the gulf or on the beach. Furnishings were a bit dated but the unit was certainly serviceable, and our fellow vacationers were friendly. I'm sure this will be a good fit for other families as well.

A piece of paper explaining how to use tv. We do not use streaming and didn't figure it our until our last day. Would have been nice to know that we were not given a covered parking space like we had last year. And a blanket available. We love this building and will stay there next trip.

Spacious condo with updated TVs which is surprisingly a thing. My only request would be that they fix the outlets in the master. Other than that, I’d rent again!

Glad to see that the pics on line accurately depicted what was in the condo. A huge plus for us were the high chairs & table on the balcony. You can see over the railing providing an unobstructed view, which is great compared to chairs that sit lower, which cause you to look at the beach through the rails. Big selling point for us. Overall, we just loved this unit and will hopefully be able to return again and again!

Weather was great..the view from the balcony, right on the beach, was awesome!Great location, lots of restaurants, bars, museums within walking distance. The beach is "postcard" material. Condo was clean, well-stocked, and updated. Also, took advantage of their deal with daily activities - no cost to golf for me!
