For those seeking a peaceful escape, the nearby Lake Taneycomo offers year-round trout fishing and a tranquil atmosphere. You’re also minutes from Fall Creek Marina, where you can easily get on the water for the day. If you crave a bit of excitement, the Fall Creek Resort boasts an array of activities and amenities, including nature trails, sports courts, and playgrounds. Whether you're looking for a laid-back retreat or a fun-filled adventure, you're sure to discover everything you need for an unforgettable stay at ‘Fall Creek Loft.’



The moment you step inside, you'll feel right at ease in the spacious living area under vaulted ceilings, which open to the home’s loft. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to deliver delightful aromas while you sink into a comfortable seat to relax and unwind. When it's time to gather with your loved ones, the large dining table set for 6 offers the perfect spot to share meals and make memories. As the evening winds down, cozy up for a movie on the smart TV. For those in need of fresh air, step out to your private outdoor sanctuary. You'll love the serene pond views from the balcony, offering a peaceful retreat to recharge after an exciting day. This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



- Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and tv.

- Bedroom #2 is a lofted room on the second story that opens to the living space below. The bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied a maximum number of 2 dogs, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.

- This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs, 15 steps required to reach the door

- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.

We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.



Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was great and beautifully decorated. We we’re grateful for the coffee filters, sugar and extra blankets :) Check-in and out was a breeze! The only minor thing to us was the beds were a little bit harder then we like but that’s a personal preference. Overall a cute and accommodating place for our weekend getaway!

I would have given all 5 stars, but the sliding glass door that goes to the balcony was a huge pain to open and close. I could barely open it by myself. Also, the window in the bedroom downstairs has no covering on it so if you like to sleep past the crack of dawn you may want to sleep upstairs because that bedroom gets BRIGHT. Other than that it was a great stay.

Best place we’ve stayed in 13 years!

We’ve been coming to Branson for 13 years and this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. The unit is exactly as it appears in the photos. (View of the pond is better in person actually.) Super quiet and clean. The loft is a perfect space for a teen. Access to a pool would be nice, but we’re gone most of the time anyway. Small issue with the WiFi password was resolved immediately. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My son and I had great time! It’s a cozy little condo and so close to everything. It was clean and well kept and had great WiFi. The only problem I had with this stay was the master bedroom. In that room is a skylight-like window about 15 ft up that faces east and has no blinds, curtains or shutters. So, by 6am it is blindingly bright in the room and there’s nothing you can do about it. As a general rule I don’t like getting up at 6 on vacation, but other than that it’s a great little place.

Pond View Oasis from Houston

Check in process was not great, they didn’t contact me with codes to enter property. After that the only other issue was that they forgot to give us a parking pass. I got a warning ticket. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again although the pond view was nothing special. I’d choose the view of the mountains next time, they were spectacular. Good safe area, close enough to everything Branson has to offer. I’d give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

New owners made us rebook 3 days before visit

Property sold friday before our visit on Thursday, new owner forced us to cancel our reservation and rebook which turn out to be a problem. Will never book a property again owned by this group. The show vouchers they said would be in the room were not there, the code for the door did not work. The unit was good and was what we needed.
