The condo was nice and views were amazing. Loved the pool. It would be nice if the condo had a TV in every room and had some furniture like dressers in the rooms to put clothes in and things like towel hooks. All in all we really liked it.

Great Place Right Near Downtown!

We stayed for only a few days but the location is excellent and the house has everything you need. Pool is very nice as well. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect place for family stay in Tamarindo

This property was perfect for me and my family with ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom. The views were incredible from multiple balconies and the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or afternoon drink. The location was perfect for us and within a short walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the spacious and accommodating penthouse. The views were spectacular! The unit was amply supplied with beach and bathroom towels. The location is excellent as it is right in the epicenter of Tamarindo. Everything is walking distance from the unit. The resort grounds on which the unit is located was beautifully maintained with lots of flora and fauna. The large beautiful pool was perfect for relaxing or recreating with our three grandchildren. Check in procedure was seamless as the host Hellen provided detailed tutorial videos. The concierge Justine was very helpful in setting up our transportation to and from the airport. Communication with both the host and concierge was always timely, courteous and professional.

Exactly what we needed.

Perfect space for a family trip with ages ranging from 6-68 years old. Wonderful view from the balcony and the pool was perfect for my kids. Access to the beach and central location in town was better than I had hoped. I would 100% stay there again if I come back with a large group.

Great Location and Plenty of Space

Great location and overall very nice condo. The space was wonderful and condo was stocked with necessities. Host responded to questions within 5 minutes and was great to communicate with. Could use some minor maintenance but overall great experience.

First off this 4 bedroom condo is amazing for space and view. 2 bedrooms on second floor, with huge patio and Ocean view from master. This is our 3rd stay at Matapolo condo. Can’t beat beach that is just across the road and Our favourite restaurants lined up on the beach. Few small things missing: both 2nd floor bathrooms do not have bath towel racks, conditioner is supplied but no shampoo. Kitchen - salt is supplied but no pepper. Otherwise, all amenities excellent.

The apartment was great overall. The location was excellent for getting around Tamarindo, we could walk basically anywhere. The Super Compra around the corner had groceries available, plenty of restaurants in walking distance and right across the street to the beach. The big pool from the picture was very nice, had no issues getting pool chairs any days we were there, although some of the ones with umbrellas were taken very early most days. It wasn't ever really crowded, so worked out well.The apartment itself was great, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals for the family including a coffee pot and a toaster, which was greatly appreciated. The host was very kind to provide some extras like coffee filters and sugar packets. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, and hand soap were greatly appreciated also! It also included beach towels, which was super nice for our packing.We worked with the concierge who was able to get us totally set up on the things we wanted - airport transfers both way, a tour up to the national park, surf lessons (highly recommended), and recommendations around town.

Tamarindo - Location!

A perfect spot for easy walking access anywhere in town. The beach view is incredible and the balcony makes for relaxing evenings. Property manangement were extremely responsive. It could use a Biot of a refresh inside. That was the only downside
