“¡Daria todo por estar ahí!” The Villa's name says it: "I’d give my all just to be there!” This vacation home gem is nestled in a community surrounded by picture-perfect lakes, fountains, and tropical gardens. “Villa Daria” is a beautifully styled vacation home that comes with hands-on Guest Service Services comparable to those of a 5-star hotel at less than half the price.

Note: The villa is equipped with cistern and a generator.



The Space:

“¡Daría todo por estar ahí!” — I’d give my all just to be there! The name says it all. Villa Daria is a beautifully styled vacation home in within the exclusive Lakeside Villas community in Vega Alta, minutes away from Dorado Beaches and sharing a beach with the Dorado Hyatt Hacienda del Mar and surrounded by tropical gardens, fountains, and lakes. With hands on guest services comparable to a 5star hotel at less than half the price, this single story villa is ideal for small family holidays or group retreats when combined with other Lakeside villas.



The villa sleeps up to 7 guests with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed, walkin closet, desk, and ensuite bath with shower and bidet. The second suite offers a bunk bed (full + twin), tub/shower, armchair, flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, bench seat, and private bath with shower. A generator and water cistern ensure uninterrupted comfort.



Inside, contemporary bathrooms with modern fixtures, hisandhers basins, and wallsize mirrors add style. The living room opens to a covered patio, furnished with a couch, loveseat, coffee table, and extral arge TV. Dining seats six around a modern wooden table with garden views, while the fully equipped kitchen features a double door fridge, induction stove, ovens, blender, coffeemaker, and a breakfast nook for four overlooking fountains and the pool.



Outdoors, the spacious patio offers three seating areas: cushioned rattan couches, a Sedona daybed, and a chaiselounge corner. Ceiling fans, adjustable shades, and a grille make it perfect for relaxing. A slasto pathway leads directly to the pool — so close it feels like your own.



Community amenities include a chic clubhouse with gym, three pools plus toddler pool, tennis courts, and playground. Dorado Beach and Hacienda del Mar Resort are steps away, with San Juan’s dining and shopping just 35 minutes by car. Excursions to the Rain Forest and Camuy Caves, plus nearby worldclass restaurants, complete the experience.

Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.



Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.



If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.



This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.



The guest is responsible for electricity costs for stays beyond one month. If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.

I originally reserved Villa Daria and wish I had kept that reservation. We were randomly offered an “upgrade” to Villa de Palma because it was larger and closer to the pool. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was extremely dirty and filled with roaches, both dead and alive. There were roaches crawling all over the kitchen! I contacted Alma and she immediately offered an exterminator. The next day the exterminator came and acknowledged the massive issue. He fumigated and cleaned the kitchen. Unfortunately, the roach issue continued and seemed to only get worst by the day! Dozens and dozens daily!!I asked to be moved to another villa but none were available. With every hotel at full occupancy, we had no choice but to stay. Our hundreds of dollars in groceries had to all be discarded and we were unable to use the kitchen at all. We provided videos, photos and daily texts. We were offered a day pass at a water park and the possibility of using a kitchen in a different unit across the property. We were traveling with small kids and neither accommodation worked for us. We are fair people and simply asked for some sort of reimbursement to which we never received a reply. Communication stopped once we asked. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was very disappointing stay. This unit should be removed from rentals and we should have been given a refund. Still weighing out our options of recourse given the circumstances and sheer principle of the situation.

The alternative villa we offered as an upgrade is typically a guest favorite, and what you encountered was an extremely rare and unfortunate situation. The villa undergoes regular quarterly pest control treatments; however, due to a combination of unexpected local heavy rains and the recent treatment, there was an unusual increase in pest activity during your stay. As soon as you brought this to our attention, we remained in close communication and acted quickly by arranging professional mitigating services. We also ensured additional cleaning support thorough out the stay, and the situation was significantly improved within the first 24 hours. We understand, however, that this did not meet your expectations, especially while traveling with young children. We did our best to offer alternative solutions during your stay, including access to other villas, though we understand these options were not ideal for your family’s needs. Please know that your comfort is very important to us, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. We understand that the local host also provided you with gift certificate for a local day spa as a way of saying we are very sorry! We take feedback like yours seriously and have since taken further preventative measures to ensure this does not happen again.
