Coronado 1108 Enchanting four bedroom unit high above Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. The balcony wraps around to provide views of both the east and west sides of Sandy Beach, taking in everything from the city skyline to the ultimate sunset views. The main room encompasses a living room adorned with comfortable sofas and chairs, with a wall mounted TV. There is a panoramic kitchen with island and many bar stools. The dining table is a unique circular table with curved benches to accommodate many guests. Along the floor to ceiling windows, you encounter a pool table, along with a bar and another wall mounted TV.

Each bedroom provides a sophisticated space that exudes classic design. Two bedrooms are positioned with access to the balcony, and views out to the ocean. Each offers comfortable king sized beds, dressers, and TV's. A large writing desk is available bedside for checking email, etc. Both have spacious bathrooms with granite tiled walls and double sink vanities. One bathroom features a large bathtub as well.

Off of the hallway are a half bathroom, and a utility room with washer and dryer. There is an inviting foyer with its own small balcony off of the main entrance doors also. Separate halls lead to the remaining two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each has a queen sleigh bed, TV, and dresser. Both bathrooms have showers and vanities. The front bathroom has a stunningly placed large bathtub, along with a glass enclosed shower.

The kitchen is grand and open to the units main room. The border of the kitchen is set by a massive curved kitchen island the is home to an array of high backed chairs, the perfect spot to get the party started. Full appliances, cookware, and complete dinnerware as well in th many cabinets.

Enjoy a balcony that brings you up close to ocean breezes, with the Resorts amenities and pools below.

We always have a great time at Las Palomas and this condo was very spacious however could use a bit of maintenance - we ultimately rented this through CasaGo and let them know the wear and tear maintenance related issues we had experienced - All the main items functioned good! Hot water and AC - beds were comfortable - everything was clean - THE VIEW WAS GORGEOUS!! The pools were great and the family really had a great time! We would absolutely stay here again!

Erick our host was awesome! Super quick to respond, provide a variety of things they offered, and was super friendly! They offered in house massages, which some of our party took advantage of. Loved how stocked the kitchen was! So many appliances, cooking gear, etc. A few things that weren’t so great..Housekeeping unfortunately never checked on us. We always had to reach out to our host to get more necessities. First Aid kit was pretty much empty. Most of the screw doors were knocked off the tracks or too hard to open. We also received extremely heavy winds during our stay and more screen doors got knocked off their tracks. For how big the place was, it was odd there was such limited patio furniture, small water heater (ran out of hot water quickly with 8 people), and the ice machine couldn’t keep up.

Very easy check in and check out. Microwave didn’t work but they did have a convection oven/air fryer on the counter. We had 8 people and were very comfortable. We were told we would have cleaning services while there but they didn’t come. We were in room at one point - handed one person toilet paper and left. Didn’t ask if we wanted/needed anything else.

We enjoyed our stay

This property is great. But there were a couple of things we didn’t like. We stay at this resort in ph2 every year in winter and check in was always at the property. This time we couldn’t get into the resort and had to turn around and drive back into town to check in - this was not communicated clearly upon reservation and was a bad surprise. While this property has 4 bedrooms, none of them have a king size bed. Inside is furnished very nicely, but the biggest feature and the reason we booked this place - the wrap around balcony - had barely any furniture and it was completely basic and not very comfortable. In the past we rented a 1-2 bd much smaller places which had much better outdoor furniture unlike this place. And one coffee maker sucked and the other one didn’t work - the only appliance we really needed to use during our stay. Other than that the place was fantastic and beautiful.
