Perfect for families, this two-story home offers two bedrooms, each with an en suite, sleeper sofa plus a bunk nook for kids. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, patio & balcony and lounge by our resort style pools & splash pad or take in the ocean views just a short walk away. This charming home is your perfect beach oasis.

Nestled in the heart of North Padre Island, the neighborhood around Packery View Loop offers the perfect balance of beachside relaxation and local excitement. Just a short walk from Whitecap Beach, you'll have easy access to one of the island’s most popular spots for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing. The area is quiet and family-friendly, with a laid-back coastal atmosphere, yet it’s also close to top dining and entertainment options. Within a short drive, you can explore the vibrant attractions of North Padre Island and nearby Port Aransas, including fishing piers, golf courses, and local shops, making it an ideal location for both relaxation and adventure.

Community Pool & Playground
Families will love the 3 stunning, heated resort-style pools, complete with fountain arches, night lights, and plenty of shaded lounge chairs. With BBQ grills, a fun-filled playground, and a splash pad for kids, it’s the perfect spot for endless family fun and relaxation! Our community playground is just steps away from our back patio area.

Bedrooms
This home features two spacious king-sized bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom for added privacy. One of the king bedrooms also includes a twin daybed with a trundle, providing extra sleeping space. Both rooms are designed with comfort in mind, offering a restful retreat.

Living Room
The open-concept living room boasts plush seating, a smart TV, and a coastal decor theme. It’s a great space to unwind after a day at the beach.

Dining Room & Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals. Adjacent is a dining table that seats six, perfect for family gatherings. Additional seating for 4 at the counter area.

Bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, plus there’s a third full bathroom on the main floor for guest convenience. All bathrooms feature modern fixtures and plenty of towels.

Balcony Areas
Patio area on first floor is a few steps from our large private community pool complete with a children's splash pad and wade pool. This is the perfect break for families coming to the area wanting to experience some fun in the sun and a break from beach time.
Private balcony area on second floor is perfect for that morning coffee and watching the sun rise.

Laundry Area
For extended stays, enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

This charming townhome is perfect for families, offering plenty of space, privacy, and easy access to the beach.


Friendly Heads-Up About Extended Stays & Pet Fees 🐾✨

We love hosting longer stays and furry companions! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

🐶 Pet Fee:
Bringing pets? There's a $120/stay per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation. The fee for a second pet will be collected separately via the Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

PET POLICY FOR PRESANA HOMES
- $120 per stay pet fee per pet to be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request - if not paid within 1 hour of booking - your stay will be cancelled
- Maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs
- All pets must be kenneled and house trained
- All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home (unless in fenced in back yard)
- All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home
- All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed
- All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals
- Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy & pet fees must be paid

*Streaming TV : All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services*

****Pool Use Disclosure and Safety Acknowledgment***
Welcome to our property! We are thrilled to offer our guests the enjoyment of our community's outdoor, resort style pools & splash pad.

Before you dive into relaxation, we need to address some important safety measures and disclosures regarding the pool use.
Pool Conditions:
The pool availability is subject to HOA guidelines and repair schedules. We will do our best to communicate beforehand of any potential closures by the HOA. Please consider the weather conditions before deciding to swim.
Safety and Supervision:
No Lifeguard on Duty: Please be aware that there is no lifeguard assistance available at our pool. Guests swim at their own risk, and constant supervision is required for all, especially children and non-swimmers.
Life Jackets and Floatation Devices: We do not provide life jackets or any floatation devices. Guests are welcome to bring their own approved safety gear. Children and individuals not proficient in swimming are strongly encouraged to use life jackets while in the pool.
Pool Safety Practices:
Supervision: Always supervise children and non-swimmers. Never leave them unattended in or around the pool area.
Swim at Your Own Risk: Guests use the pool at their own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Health and Safety: Please do not use the pool if you have open wounds or any infectious conditions. Ensure that everyone showers before and after pool use to maintain hygiene.
No Diving: The pool may not be deep enough for diving. To prevent injuries, we ask that there be no diving at any time.
Keep Pool Area Clean: Please refrain from bringing glass containers into the pool area and ensure that all trash is disposed of in the provided receptacles.
By using the pool, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood this disclosure and agree to abide by the pool safety guidelines outlined above. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, so please practice caution and respect for others while using the pool facilities.

Good stay and location to beach

Overall the property was good and conveniently located to the beach. I must have missed where they said that the pool area would be closed for maintenance, so this was a disappointment for our 3 year old granddaughter. One of the reasons that made for our decision to stay at this location. Also the sharp knives are totally blunt, can't cut anything with them-meat, tomatoes. Lots of plates so thank you for that. Many of them chipped. Not many serving dish options. Would I stay there again, yes I would. Loved the beach decor inside. Another nice option would be a gas bbq bbqbbq. options for serving dishes
