Started a small artisanal coffee here in heart of Tepoztlan back in 2022, and after much success and many highly rated reviews, we were able to make the move to the big beautiful property we have now, with 4 rooms, a café, restaurant, and cocktail lounge.

The House has incredible views of the Tepoztlan mountains, its always quiet at night, and its only a 5-10 minute walk to the centro.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Built in the 1940's our traditional Mexican Home features beautiful architecture with panoramic views of the mountains of Tepozteco Nacional forest. In the 1960's the house was owned by the prolific Swiss painter and sculptor Roger Von Guten. Now the house has been updated to be a Boutique Hotel, café, and art galley while retaining the original look and feel of the home.
- The house has 4 private rooms, 3 of them have a attached bathroom and shower while the first bedroom's bathroom is open to the public, it does have its own private & exclusive shower area.
- Outside we have a beautiful front porch with lounge chairs and large patio for you to enjoy your favorite cocktail or coffee. The property is gated and has a driveway for up to 4 cars and equip with security camera for your security (this is the only camera on the entire property).
- Downstairs there are 2 rooms, the first with a matrimonial sized bed and shared bathroom, and the second with a queen sized bed attached bathroom, a living room and art gallery, and one bedroom is separate from the main house and has 2 matrimonial sized beds and attached bathroom.
- Upstairs is the Café, restaurant, lounge, terrace and the Master Suite with a king sized bed and extra living room with a sofa and attached bathroom.
