良かった点 : ロケーション
The apartment was clean and well maintained. Located Olin a quite residential area.Suitable for short term stays as space limited and more suitable for one person.Only minor issue was using the streaming apps on the tv as Netflix, Apple TV would not launch. I was able to overcome the issue by stream these apps on my devices and air play on the TV.

Exactly what was expected, a clean, cozy, conveniently located room in the suburbs but nearby many food, dining, shopping options. The bed was very comfy and the towels were fresh and clean. We especially appreciated the cheerful holiday decor since we were there for a funeral. The host was responsive and efficient, no complaints! Nice digs.

Christmas with family

We were very pleased with the property and our host. Unfortunately there was not a guest book at the property to write our comments in - if there had been, the comments would have been very favorable! Our host even presented us with a lovely Christmas bag of goodies - a lovely unexpected gesture!

This was our first VRBO rental and we are happy to say it was an EXCELLENT experience. The property was exactly as promoted, clean, well-appointed, and in a very nice neighborhood. Easy Check-In, Easy Parking, Beautiful inside and out, and Easy Check-Out! Fully stocked bathroom and nice kitchen. Very comfortable bed too! Perfect for a couple of guests! The Host, Ruvin Marmol, was most accommodating and VERY helpful. We are a senior couple and he walked us through the entire process, maintained a very helpful open line of communication, and didn't hesitate to quickly respond to our questions. We were 150% satisfied with our experience and will stay here again. If we could give Ruvin a HIGHER review rating we would

Cute single room

The converted garage space was very cozy and they even had little towel swans on the bed for us. The room has several amenities, including a small stove, fridge, and washer/dryer. The only minor issue was many things were set up for very tall people, as the mirror was high and the hangers are set so high I was on my tiptoes. However, it was manageable and Ruvim was quick to respond to any messages.

My husband and I were going to a concert in Lincoln and needed a quick place to stay for a night. We got to the property around and our code did not work for the door. Tried messaging the host and didn't get a response. Luckily the owner happened to come home about 15 min later and got us inside. Room was pleasant, bed was comfortable, had all of the amenities needed. We followed all checkout instructions the next morning, took out the trash and gathered laundry as requested, left around 10 A.M. 6:00 that evening I received a threatening message from the host, and a 2nd shortly after. He accused us of returning to the property and said we needed to vacate right away or we would be charged another night. I told him we were not at the property. He told me someone was in the property and they saw our Volvo on the camera. I told him we didn't have a Volvo. I sent him a screenshot from my life360 to prove when we left. He told me it still looked like we were in the area. I had to send another to show we were already back in NV. He apologized.I understand mistakes happen, but he could have easily looked at the camera to see when we left, and that we didn't return. Accusing us, and then doubling down was unsettling.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the room pleasant, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we appreciate you following all checkout instructions. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and stress caused later that evening. There was a misidentification related to our exterior camera, and we reached out out of caution. Once it was clarified, we immediately apologized. We understand how unsettling that must have felt, and we take full responsibility for the error. We are actively reviewing our procedures to ensure camera alerts are verified more carefully and that guests are contacted in a more considerate manner in the future. Guest comfort, privacy, and trust are very important to us, and we regret that this situation did not reflect the standard we strive to provide. Thank you again for your stay and for your feedback—it helps us improve.

I chose this Roseville neighborhood for its welcoming vibe and family-friendly atmosphere. The tree-lined streets are dotted with parks, making it a great spot for leisurely strolls and outdoor activities. I love how the community comes together, whether it's at local events or enjoying the beautiful weather in the parks.

What I enjoy most is the balance of tranquility and convenience—you're just a short drive from great shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Plus, the proximity to the scenic trails makes it easy for guests to enjoy nature without straying too far from the action. It’s a perfect spot for families and travelers looking to experience the best of Roseville!
