This home gives off tranquil, calm, modern farmhouse vibes. With a lot of simple touches, natural light, and a fully renovated backyard & patio, you're sure to find peace here. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to nearby hotspots and stores. 5 minutes from grocery stores, gyms, gas stations, etc. Centrally located for traveling medical professionals, or extra cozy for a work from home office. There are no shared spaces in this home, it is yours to enjoy!

This neighborhood is on a quiet dead-end street, yet friendly and welcoming! Convenient to everything you could ever need in West Knoxville, but tucked away for private enjoyment.

• Electronic Air Purifying system installed directly to the ducts throughout entire home
• Backyard Tennessee paradise for your enjoyment

• Regular & Specialty Coffee Maker
• ADT Security system
• Central cooling/ heating system & Ceiling fans in every room
