Perfect Spot 20-30 min Outside DC

Even though I assumed it was in the city section of DC, the place was quite perfect! Quiet street, free parking and free WiFi were my favorite things about it. Communication with property management was quick and reliable.

It was very well equipped and a bit too 'cozy' to be called spacious (it was difficult to move around with just us two and the coffee table once our duffel bags were brought in).Communication with the owner was fantastic. Every question answered quickly and was very friendly. One suggestion, add a info card on how to use the smart tv and identify basic selections are actually available from the enormous list. We spent alot of the evening just trying to find the local news. Other than those two items, it was a really great stay! Thank you Rekik for your quick responses and making us feel very welcomed! We will contact you again if we come to the area!

Very Kind Host!

The host is so kind, understanding, and accommodating! My partner and I were going to visit DC for a concert, but due to some unfortunate personal circumstances we were not able to go. It was a very last minute change of plans, so I wasn’t able to cancel the booking. I messaged the host to let them know we wouldn’t be checking in, not at all expecting a refund because it was past the eligible date. The host was so kind and went above and beyond, communicating back and forth with me and customer service to get me refunded for the stay. Ultimately we worked something out and I was able to receive a partial refund for the booking! Many, many thanks and praises to this host! Even though we didn’t see the actual property, if the place was half as nice as the host is, I’m sure it is perfect! 3
