Welcome to this newly renovated, stylish 2-bedroom Seaside retreat, just a 10-minute walk from the ocean. Ideally located within walking distance of downtown Seaside’s shops and restaurants, and only a short drive to Cannery Row, Lover’s Point, and the world-famous Pebble Beach, this home is the perfect base for exploring the Monterey Peninsula.

After a day of beach time or sightseeing, relax in the private, fenced backyard—gather around the fire pit in the evening or fire up the grill and enjoy your meal with a bottle of local California wine. Inside, the home offers two comfortable queen beds, a sofa bed, a fully stocked bathroom with a hairdryer, and modern amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The spacious driveway provides ample parking, making coming and going effortless. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home.

You can’t go wrong by staying here. It’s centrally located and everything is nearby. There are so many different neighborhoods to discover in this area. Parking was a breeze, and there was a patio to sit out in. The beds are very comfortable.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay and I am sorry the beds were not your preference. However since the beds are medium firm, many people especially with back pain compliment them.

We had a great time visiting and this location was perfect for exploring Carmel and Monterey-a quick drive. The Acme coffee shop is a quick walk across the street and the perfect way to start our mornings. The unit was just as pictured and we had everything we needed for our stay!

Our stay in Seaside was ideal. The house was clean, the parking was exceptionally easy and our host was very responsive. The property is just as described with ample private outdoor space. It exceeded our expectations and was a perfect location to explore Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Big Sur and Pinnacles National Park. The restaurants and coffee shops near by were very good and I even found a convenient spot to charge my EV. I hope to stay here again!

Great place with a wonderful location. The house was clean and organized well and the outdoor space was so nice. The location made it easy to get to the beach and the Monterrey Bay Area. The neighborhood was very walkable and we were able to walk to places to eat. An absolute favorite was Acme coffee every morning. Highly recommend this space.

Charming Cottage

My mother and I were visiting the area and are so happy we found this listing. The house was close to everything, well equipped, very clean and roomy. There was a very nice outdoor area as well, unfortunately it was too chilly for us to enjoy. The Host was great with commutation- quick to reply to any questions we had. Would definitely rent again if I am back in the area.

Great memorable experience, the most I liked is the compact kitchen with gas stove. Thoughtfully designed, but vessels are super large but the dishwasher is extra small. Nice compact bedrooms. It is highly accesible to beaches nearby. Monterybay is just 5 minutes. Easy car parking.

The property was located very close to Fishermans Wharf and Cannery Row and The Aquarium. The Property could use an upgrade on the furniture. Comfort was lacking to say the least and very small in size. The mattresses are very firm and might I recommend an upgrade in size in the back bedroom to a king size. Other than that it worked out for us. Parking is great and the Host was very reachable.
