Cozy private suite that's close to the city yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoy this peaceful and centrally located suite that's close to SeaTac Airport and downtown Seattle. There are many beautiful parks nearby and wonderful places to dine and shop. The suite is located in a friendly neighborhood with outdoor spaces steadily being transformed into a lovely native pollinator garden. The suite itself is on the main floor and is completely independent with a private entrance. Of note, check-in is by 9 pm and quiet hours are from 10 pm - 6 am. Come enjoy a sweet and cozy stay!
The space
The Plum Tree Suite enters into a living room/kitchenette combo. A small hall (with a closet and bookcase) leads to the bedroom and a separate full bath. From the bedroom windows there is a delightful array of blooming flowers and trees.
Guest access
The Suite is completely self-contained and does not open into the main house. There is a keypad entry for ease of access.
Other things to note
The Plum Tree Suite is located inside a peaceful and quiet home. On occasion you may hear the soft sounds of activity "next door", such as water use; cooking in the kitchen; or soft voices conversing.

With close proximity to Seattle, Bellevue and SeaTac Airport, the suite is nestled in a friendly neighborhood where walking about showcases lovely views of Mt. Rainier and Lake Washington. Additionally, outdoor spaces are steadily being transformed into a native pollinator garden and the general feel of the property, both inside and outside, is one of tranquility and coziness.
