Blackbird Cabin is nestled in the woods along a babbling brook, surrounded by national forest. The studio has a gas fireplace, king size bed, built in bunks, floor to ceiling tile shower, tankless hot water heater, a hot tub steps from the back door, fire pit along the creek, and a bbq grill.

A short walk reveals the shores of Lake Blue Ridge.

We loved this adorable, quaint cabin in a great location! The very detailed communication and directions for everything by the host was top notch. You didn't have to bother them because they were so thorough. We also loved the bed. It was one of the more comfy beds we've ever been in at a rental place! If you are a couple or small family wanting to have a great outdoor space and eaay access to explorec the area then this is a perfect place to stay!

Great little spot in the woods

Check in was seamless and the property was as described. Very private location tucked away in a small valley. The outdoor patio was a great place to relax in the evening.

What a cozy cottage!!

We had a great time and it as really cozy and comfortable. Nathan was great and had amazing communication throughout the whole transaction and trip. We really enjoyed our time away and it was nice to just relax.

Cottage was charming. Host was extremely responsive! Now my review. The cabin is perfect for a short term stay. We were there for a longer period of time and found storage of our personal items to be an issue. There was no place to put food in cabinets. There was no bureau to put clothes in. We had suitcases all over the floor. we cooked allot as well, and there was really no place to prepare meals. As I said, this is a GREAT cabin for a shorter stay. Very cozy and comfortable and extremely secluded. Also,a great walk around the area. Again, it’s a great cabin!

Cute woodsy stay

We loved staying at this vrbo! The house was really cute and there were plenty of places to hang out in or out of the rain. We didn’t get to use the firepit because of the rain but loved the outdoor space. Only thing i could think to improve is maybe some black out curtains or blinds for when its not cloudy. Otherwise, super cute and clean

This beautiful cabin has a private outside hot tub to relax and throw your cares away. The serene fire pit sits next to a small creek where one can roast marshmallows for s’mores and listen to the peaceful sounds of running water!
