Cahaya Villa gives you a true luxury, island holiday with its fabulous location overlooking the sea at Bacolet. Overlooking the waters edge, it offers a wonderful sea view not only from the pool area, but also from each of it's 3 bedrooms. Sunsets from the villa are spectacular!
Cahaya was designed and built to very high standards. Each bedroom offers its own en suite bathroom and private patio. The high grade kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances

The space
The open plan living room area has a flat screen TV, dining area for 6, and 2 areas for reading. A selection of cable channels are available via Digicel Play and complimentary Wifi is also included. Large glass sliding doors and windows maximise the ocean view and cool breeze. The space is also air conditioned to maximize your comfort. A complete guest bathroom with shower and toilet can also be found in this area.

The infinity edge pool and pool deck has bench seating and sun loungers. There is a BBQ pit for outdoor grilling.

All bedrooms are air conditioned with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom opens onto its own individual patio with a fantastic ocean view!

The villa is rented and charged according to the number of persons:
2 persons = 1 Room = US $390
3 - 8 persons = US $490

Check-in is from 3:00 pm
Check out is at 10:00 am

Due to Covid-19 guidelines these times are necessary to ensure that the space can be properly cleaned for incoming guests. Late Check Out or Early Check in can only be accommodated subject to availability and carries a small fee which can be paid locally.

The Master Bedroom is complete with a king bed, spacious closet with hangers, Cable TV, shower, jacuzzi and ocean view patio. Bath and pool towels, shower gel and hand soap.

The Second Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, closet with hangers, computer desk, bath and pool towels, shower gel and hand soap.

The Third Bedroom has 2 Double Beds, closet with hangers, computer desk, bath and pool towels, shower, tub, shower gel and hand soap.

Housekeeping services are not included in the rates paid, however it can be provided at an additional fee.
Guest access
The entire villa is for the enjoyment of registered guests only. Parties and events are not allowed.

Our property manager is on call should you require any assistance during your stay.
Other things to note
There is a private Gazebo overlooking the water's edge where you can sit and enjoy the view.
